Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 복수의 원색신호를 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에 입력하고, 복수의 원색의 형광체를 발광시켜서 컬러 표시를 행하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법으로서,복수의 원색신호 중 적어도 하나의 원색신호가 입력되었을 때,상기 입력된 하나의 원색신호에 대응하는 제 1 형광체를 발광시키는 동시에, 상기 제 1 형광체와는 다른 제 2 형광체를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 형광체의 색재현 영역은 NTSC 형광체의 색재현 영역과는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 형광체는 상기 입력된 하나의 원색신호에 소정의 계수를 곱한 레벨의 신호에 의거하여 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법.
- 적, 녹, 청의 원색신호를 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에 입력하여, 적, 녹, 청의 원색의 형광체를 발광시켜서 컬러 표시를 행하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법으로서,상기 적, 녹, 청의 원색신호가 상기 플라즈마 디스플레이에 입력되었을 때,상기 입력된 적, 녹, 청의 원색신호의 레벨에 따라 적, 녹, 청의 형광체를 각각 발광시키는 동시에 입력된 원색신호의 원색과는 다른 원색의 형광체를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 형광체의 색재현 영역은 NTSC 형광체가 만드는 색재현 영역과는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,입력된 원색신호의 원색과는 다른 원색의 형광체를 상기 입력된 적, 녹, 청의 원색신호의 레벨에 각 원색마다 소정의 계수를 곱한 신호에 의거하여 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이의 표시 방법.
