Claims (3)
- 방진 및 방음을 목적으로 하는 섬유보강 경량기포 콘크리트에 있어서,시멘트, 물 및 혼화제를 혼합하여 만들어진 슬러리;상기 슬러리에 첨가되어, 상기 슬러리내에서 기포를 형성하게 하는 기포제;상기 기포화된 상태의 슬러리에 주입되어 혼화되며, 폐신문지 또는 전화번호부의 폐지를 이용하여 재생된 재생섬유를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 시멘트는,55~57 중량퍼센트, 상기 물은 42~44 중량퍼센트, 혼화제는 0.2 중량퍼센트, 상기 기포제는 0.8 중량퍼센트의 비율로 구성되는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트이며,상기 재생섬유는,갱지를 잘게 부순 후, 이를 수분을 이용하여 가열하는 스팀과정을 거치고 난후 건조된 재생섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강 경량기포 콘크리트.
