Claims (6)
- 성형체에 포함된 결합제를 제거하기 위한 압전 세라믹스의 탈지방법에 있어서,압전 세라믹스의 성형체에 첨가되는 다수의 결합제 종류에 따른 탈지거동을 분석하여 탈지공정을 설계한 후, 설계된 탈지공정에 따라 상기 각 결합제의 분해가 활발한 구간마다 단계적으로 가열하여 상기 성형체 내의 결합제를 차례로 제거함과 동시에 탈지 분위기를 산소로 제어함을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹스의 소결 중 비정상 입성장을 억제시키기 위한 탈지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합제는 EVA, PW, SA, PVA, PVB와 같은 유기화합물로 구성되고, 상기 세라믹스의 재료분말은 PMN-PT계, PZT계 및 BaTiO3와 같이 소결시 비정상 입성장이 일어나는 재료로 함을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹스의 소결 중 비정상 입성장을 억제시키기 위한 탈지방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 탈지공정의 설계는 각 결합제의 열분석결과를 이용하여 측정된 탈지가 시작되는 온도 및 최대 탈지속도를 갖는 온도를 탈지공정시 유지온도로 선정하는 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹스의 소결 중 비정상 입성장을 억제시키기 위한 탈지방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,탈지 분위기를 제어하는 산소는 50-300cc/min의 유량으로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹스의 소결 중 비정상 입성장을 억제시키기 위한 탈지방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 탈지공정은 30-800℃의 범위에서 0.1-1℃/min의 승온속도로 실시하게 되며, 탈지공정 중 결합제가 제거되는 각 단계의 유지온도는 2-20시간 동안 지속됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹스의 소결 중 비정상 입성장을 억제시키기 위한 탈지방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법으로 제조되는 압전세라믹스.
