Claims (5)
- 컴프레서(10)로부터 공급되는 에어에 포함된 수분을 제거하여 소정의 압력으로 에어를 공급하는 드라이에어 발생기(20)와, 메틸에틸케톤 액이 저장되며 상기 드라이에어 발생기(20)로부터 공급되는 에어에 의해 기화된 메틸에틸케톤을 공급하는 프라이머 공급용 MEK탱크(31)(32)와, 내부에 저장된 프라이머의 침전을 방지하기 위한 교반자(41)가 설치되며, 상기 프라이머 공급용 MEK탱크(32)로부터 공급되는 메틸에틸케톤 가스의 압력에 의해 프라이머를 도포용 건(50)으로 공급하는 프라이머 탱크(40)를 포함하여, 밸브가 설치된 관로를 통하여 장치가 서로 연결된 프라이머 공급 시스템에 있어서;상기 프라이머 탱크(40)의 하부에는 이 프라이머 탱크(40)의 중량을 검출하는 로드셀(60) 및 상기 로드셀(60)에서 검출된 중량을 표출시키는 지시부(80)가 마련되고;상기 드라이에어 발생기(20)와 프라이머 공급용 MEK탱크(31)(32)를 연결하는 관로 중단에는 프라이머의 역류를 검출하는 역류감지센서(70) 및 밸브수단이 추가로 마련되어, 상기 역류감지센서(70)에서 프라이머의 역류를 검출할 경우 상기 밸브수단을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머 공급 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 로드셀(60)에는 경고수단이 연결되어, 미리 설정된 하한계 중량 이하로 프라이머 탱크(40)의 중량이 감소하면 상기 경고수단이 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머 공급 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 역류감지센서(70)는 화이버센서로 이루어지며, 별도의 경고수단이 연결되어, 프라이머의 역류를 검출할 경우 상기 경고수단이 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머 공급 시스템.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 경고수단은 경고등으로 이루어져 선택적으로 점멸 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머 공급 시스템.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 경고수단은 경고부저로 이루어져 선택적으로 경고음을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머 공급 시스템.
