Claims (6)
- 상방이 개방된 원통형상이며, 상부에 내경이 보다 큰 대경부가 형성되고, 하부에 상기 대경부보다 내경이 단차지게 축소된 소경부가 형성되며, 상기 대경부와 소경부 사이의 단차면에 하방으로 환형의 증류수집홈이 형성된 하우징과,상기 소경부의 내부공간을 외부와 연통시키는 시료유입로와,상기 증류수집홈을 외부와 연통시키는 시료유출로와,상기 하우징의 상부에 탈착 가능하게 결합되고, 하면의 중심이 상향으로 솟은 형상으로 된 덮개와,상기 하우징의 하부에 탈착 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 소경부의 하면을 가열할 수 있는 히터를 포함하여 이루어진 증류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징은, 상기 증류수집홈의 바닥면이 상기 단차면의 일지점으로부터 그와 대향되는 타지점까지 아래를 향해 경사지도록 형성되고,상기 시료유출로는, 상기 증류수집홈의 최하점과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 대경부의 외측벽에 형성된 방열핀과,상기 방열핀을 식혀주는 냉각팬을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 대경부의 측벽에 형성되고, 내부에 냉각수가 순환하는 워터자켓을 더 포함하고,상기 하우징은, 상기 워터자켓과 연결되고, 상기 대경부의 측벽을 관통하는 냉각수투입공 및 냉각수배출공이 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징은, 상기 대경부의 측벽을 관통하여 튜브투입공 및 튜브배출공이 각각 형성되고,상기 튜브투입공으로 투입되어 상기 튜브배출공으로 배출되되 상기 대경부의 내주면을 휘감도록 배치되고, 냉각수가 흘러가는 냉각튜브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 내부 온도를 감지하는 온도감지센서와,상기 온도감지센서로부터 신호를 입력받고, 설정된 온도에 도달하면 상기 히터를 선택적으로 끄고 켜는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
