Description
Claims (9)
- 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 대응하는 신호들을 처리함으로써 상기 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 나타나는 오브젝트를 표현하는 방법으로서,상기 오브젝트의 윤곽을 평활화함으로써 상기 오브젝트 윤곽의 곡률 스케일 공간(CSS) 표시를 도출하는 단계,원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 평활화된 버전의 형상 또는 크기(mass)의 분포를 나타내는 추가 파라미터를 도출하는 단계 - 상기 원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 상기 평활화된 버전은 CSS 화상에서의 피크에 대응함 -, 및상기 CSS 표시와 상기 추가 파라미터를 연관시켜 상기 오브젝트의 형상 기술자를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 상기 평활화된 버전은 상기 CSS 화상에서 최고의 피크에 대응하는 방법.
- 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 대응하는 신호들을 처리함으로써 상기 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 나타나는 복수의 오브젝트들을 표현하는 방법으로서,각각의 오브젝트 윤곽에 대해,CSS 화상에 적어도 하나의 피크가 존재하는지의 여부를 판정하는 단계; 및상기 CSS 화상에 적어도 하나의 피크가 존재하는 경우에는 제1항의 방법을 이용하여 형상 기술자를 도출하고, 상기 CSS 화상에 피크가 존재하지 않는 경우에는 상기 오브젝트 윤곽의 적어도 하나의 CSS 표시 및 상기 원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 이심률을 포함하는 형상 기술자를 도출하는 단계를 포함하는 복수의 오브젝트의 표현 방법.
- 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 대응하는 신호들을 처리함으로써 상기 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 나타나는 오브젝트를 표현하는 방법을 구현하는 장치로서,상기 오브젝트의 윤곽을 평활화함으로써 상기 오브젝트 윤곽의 곡률 스케일 공간(CSS) 표시를 도출하는 수단,원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 평활화된 버전의 형상 또는 크기(mass)의 분포를 나타내는 추가 파라미터를 도출하는 수단 - 상기 원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 상기 평활화된 버전은 CSS 화상에서의 피크에 대응함 -, 및상기 CSS 표시와 상기 추가 파라미터를 연관시켜 상기 오브젝트의 형상 기술자를 형성하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 상기 평활화된 버전은 상기 CSS 화상에서 최고의 피크에 대응하는 장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,화상들과 오브젝트의 형상 기술자들 중 적어도 하나를 저장하는 저장 수단(8, 10)을 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 방법에 따라 동작하도록 프로그램된 컴퓨터 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 방법을 구현하기 위한 컴퓨터 실행가능한 처리 단계들을 저장하는 컴퓨터 판독가능한 저장 매체.
- 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 대응하는 신호들을 처리함으로써 상기 화상 또는 연속 화상들에 나타나는 복수의 오브젝트들을 표현하는 방법을 구현하는 장치로서,각각의 오브젝트 윤곽에 대해,CSS 화상에 적어도 하나의 피크가 존재하는지의 여부를 판정하는 수단;상기 CSS 화상에 적어도 하나의 피크가 존재하는 경우에는 제1항의 방법을 이용하여 형상 기술자를 도출하는 수단; 및상기 CSS 화상에 피크가 존재하지 않는 경우에는 상기 오브젝트 윤곽의 적어도 하나의 CSS 표시 및 상기 원래의 오브젝트 윤곽의 이심률을 포함하는 형상 기술자를 도출하는 수단을 포함하는 복수의 오브젝트 표현 장치.
