Claims (11)
- 피투영 화상을 화상 표시 영역에 표시하는 표시 소자와, 투영면에서 상기 표시 소자까지의 사이의 광로를 따라서 순차 배치된 제1 광학계와 제2 광학계를 가지며, 상기 표시 소자의 화상 표시 영역을 상기 제1 광학계의 광축에 대해서 편심된 위치에 확대 투영하는 투영 광학계로서,상기 제1 광학계의 광축을 기준축으로 했을 때, 상기 표시 소자의 화상 표시 영역이 적어도 평행 편심되어 배치됨과 동시에, 상기 제2 광학계가 편심되어 배치되며,상기 제2 광학계는, 상기 표시 소자에 가장 가까운 위치에서 상기 표시 소자의 화상 표시 영역에 편심되어 위치하며 파워를 갖는 적어도 하나의 광학 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표시 소자의 화상 표시 영역은 상기 기준축에 대해서 투영면의 방향과 반대측으로 평행 편심된 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표시 소자의 상기 기준축에 대한 축 오프셋 Δh는, 상기 화상 표시 영역의 평행 편심한 거리를 상기 화상 표시 영역의 편심 방향의 변의 길이의 반으로 나눈 값으로 주어진다고 할 때, 하기의 조건식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.<조건식 1>0<Δh≤2.0

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 광학계는 상기 기준축에 대해서 평행 편심되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 광학계는 상기 기준축에 대해서 경사 편심되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 광학계의 편심을 수동 또는 자동으로 조정할 수 있는 편심 가변 기구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 광학계는 복수의 광학 소자를 포함하며,상기 복수의 광학 소자 중 적어도 하나의 광학 소자가 상기 기준축에 대해서 편심되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광학 소자 중 편심되어 배치된 적어도 하나의 광학 소자의 편심을 수동 또는 자동으로 조정할 수 있는 편심 가변 기구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표시 소자의 화상 표시 영역이 상기 기준축에 대해서 경사 편심되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 투영 광학계.
- 제1항 내지 제 3항, 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 투영 광학계를 사용하여 상기 표시 소자의 화상 표시 영역의 화상을 확대 투영하는 화상 투영 장치.
