Claims (7)
- 금속염화물이 함유된 폐기물이 함유된 반응기에 활성화된 브라운 가스를 분사하여 상기 폐기물에 함유되어 있는 염소 성분을 염화수소로 변환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 금속염화물의 탈염소화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폐기물은 활성화된 브라운 가스로 접촉시킴에 있어 400 내지 1000℃로 예열시켜 분진의 분산을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 금속염화물의 탈염소화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 브라운 가스와 폐기물에 함유되어 있는 금속염화물이 반응하여 금속, 금속 산화물, 금속 수산화물 및 염화수소로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 금속염화물의 탈염소화 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 염화수소 가스는 응축기를 통하여 제거되며, 잔존하는 염화수소 가스는 가성소다액과 중화되어 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 금속염화물의 탈염소화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폐기물은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬 및 세슘에서 선택되는 1종이상의 알칼리금속의 염화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 금속염화물의 탈염소화 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 폐기물은 건식핵연료 처리 공정에서 발생되는 폐용융염, 음식물쓰레기 또는 소각재인 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 금속염화물의 탈염소화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폐기물은 유리전구체와 알칼리금속 염화물 폐기물의 혼합물로, 반응기 온도 상승에 따라 발생되는 염소가스가 상기 브라운 가스와 반응하여 염화수소와 산소로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 금속염화물의 탈염소화 방법.
