- 베이스(B) 상부에 구비된 도가니(10);상기 도가니를 가열하는 열원(H);도가니(10)와 베이스(B) 사이에 배열되고 상기 피스톤을 구비한 유압실린더(15)와, 베이스(B)와 실린더 및 피스톤과 도가니를 연결하는 힌지 유닛을 포함하하며, 상기 도가니(10)를 기울이기 위한 틸팅수단(T);용융 매스(mass)를 교반하기 위한 로터(R), 이 로터와 연결된 샤프트(23), 이 샤프트를 선회시키기 위한 모터(21)를 포함하는 교반어셈블리(20);상기 도가니(10)를 덮는 커버(11);상기 교반어셈블리(20)와 상기 커버(11)가 고정된 승강체(31), 이 승강체를 위한 수직레일(33), 이 수직레일을 위한 지지프레임(35), 이 지지프레임에 설치되어 상기 승강체를 움직이기 위한 승강구동수단(37)을 포함하는 승강어셈블리(30); 및베이스(B)와 지지프레임(35)을 연결하는 유압실린더로 구성되고, 상기 베이스(B)를 밀고 당겨 수평레일(41)상에서 이동시키기 위한 수평구동수단(43)로 이루어져서,상기 승강어셈블리의 지지프레임(35)과 상기 도가니(10)의 간격을 변화시키기 위한 이동어셈블리(40);를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 교반어셈블리(20)의 로터(R)는상기 도가니(10) 깊이의 중간에 위치하고, 등간격으로 설치된 복수의 날개(25a)와, 이 날개들을 연결하는 외곽 지지링(25b)으로 이루어진 중간교반체(25)와,상기 도가니(10) 바닥에 위치하고, 도가니 바닥에 인접 위치하며 중앙 틈새(27b)에 의하여 분리된 두 교반핀(27a)(27c)으로 이루어진 저면날개(27A)와, 상기 저면날개(27A)에 대칭된 위치에 배열되고 도가니 바닥과 이격되며 사선형태로 배열된 균형날개(27B)로 이루어진 저면교반체(27)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속간 화학반응을 이용한 고순도 아연 제조장치.
