- 원재료 베이스판을 절단하여 솔더링부가 형성되도록 하는 제1커팅 공정과;상기 솔더링부의 상부면, 하부면 및 측면에 도금 재료를 도금하는 도금 공정과;상기 원재료 베이스판의 솔더링부 이외의 부분을 절단하여 단자의 형상을 갖도록 하는 제2커팅 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지소자용 단자의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 도금 공정은 솔더링부 상에 니켈(Ni)을 도금시키는 니켈(Ni) 하지층 도금 공정과, 상기 니켈(Ni) 하지층 상에 주석(Sn)을 도금시키는 주석(Sn) 상지층 도금 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지소자용 단자의 제조방법.
- 원재료 베이스판에 니켈(Ni)을 도금시키는 니켈(Ni) 하지층 도금 공정과;상기 원재료 베이스판을 절단하여 솔더링부가 형성되도록 하는 제1커팅 공정과;상기 솔더링부의 상부면, 하부면 및 측면에 주석(Sn)을 도금시키는 주석(Sn) 상지층 도금 공정과;상기 원재료 베이스판의 솔더링부 이외의 부분을 절단하여 단자의 형상을 갖도록 하는 제2커팅 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지소자용 단자의 제조방법.
