Claims (11)
- 5 중량% ~ 55 중량%의 금속-도핑된 음이온성 클레이, 10 중량% ~ 50 중량%의 제올라이트, 5 중량% ~ 40 중량%의 알루미나 매트릭스, 0 중량% ~ 10 중량%의 실리카 및 0 중량% ~ 10 중량%의 기타 성분, 및 밸런스를 맞추기 위한 카올린을 포함하며, 상기 금속-도핑된 음이온성 클레이는 2가 금속 공급원 및 3가 금속 공급원(이들 중 1개 이상은 수불용성(water-insoluble)임)을 수성 현탁액에서 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,음이온성 클레이는 Zn, Fe, V, Cu, W, Mo, Co, Nb, Ni, Cr, Ce 및 La로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 원소를 함유하는 1개 이상의 화합물로 도핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,음이온성 클레이는 Al-Mg-함유 음이온성 클레이, Al-함유 비-Mg 음이온성 클레이, Mg-함유 비-Al 음이온성 클레이 또는 비-Mg 비-Al 음이온성 클레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 촉매 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,제올라이트, 금속-도핑된 음이온성 클레이, 알루미나, 카올린, 및 선택적으로 실리카 및 기타 성분들을 수성 현탁액 중에서 혼합한 후, 성형시켜 입자를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,금속-도핑된 음이온성 클레이는 3가 금속 공급원과 2가 금속 공급원을 수성 현탁액 중에서 혼합하고, 상기 3가 금속 공급원과 2가 금속 공급원 중 1개 이상은 수불용성이며, 1개 이상의 금속 도판트(dopant)의 존재하에서 혼합물을 숙성(aging)시킴으로써 수득가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,금속-도핑된 음이온성 클레이는 3가 금속 공급원과 2가 금속 공급원을 수성 현탁액 중에서 숙성시켜 음이온성 클레이를 형성하고, 상기 3가 금속 공급원과 2가 금속 공급원 중 1개 이상은 수불용성이며, 음이온성 클레이를 열처리하여 고용체(solid solution)를 형성하고, 1개 이상의 금속 도판트의 존재하에서 고용체를 재수화(rehydration)하여 금속-도핑된 음이온성 클레이를 형성함으로써 수득가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,3가 금속은 알루미늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 철, 크롬, 바나듐, 코발트, 망간, 세륨, 니오븀, 란탄 및 이들의 배합물들로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,2가 금속은 마그네슘, 아연, 니켈, 구리, 철, 코발트, 망간, 칼슘, 바륨 및 이들의 배합물들로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,2가 금속 공급원 및 3가 금속 공급원은 산화물, 수산화물, 탄산염, 히드록시탄산염, 중탄산염, 아세트산염 및 히드록시아세트산염으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,금속-도핑된 2가 금속 공급원 및 금속-도핑된 3가 금속 공급원을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 촉매 조성물을 사용하여 황 함량 또는 질소 함량이 감소된 가솔린 또는 디젤을 제조하는 방법.
