Claims (7)
- 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템으로서,상기 시스템을 제어하고, 음파 에너지 범위를 제어하고 초음파 집속점을 이동시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 치료 시스템으로 또는 그것으로부터 정보를 입력 및 출력하기 위한 인터페이스 장치(interface device)를 포함하는 중앙 제어 수단과;프리셋트된 환자의 타겟 영역에 에너지를 적용하고, 초음파 집속점을 형성하기 위한 음파 에너지 어플리케이터(applicator)와;상기 초음파 집속점을 위치시키기 위하여 음파 에너지 어플리케이터를 이동시키기 위한 상기 음파 에너지 어플리케이터의 기계적인 구동 및 위치선정 수단(mechanical driving and locating means)과;상기 환자의 타겟 영역을 스캐닝하고, 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지를 발생시키며, 조작자가 병이 든 부분의 위치를 선정하도록 하며 상기 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지에 따라서 상기 병이 든 부분에 음파 에너지를 적용시키도록 상기 중앙 제어 수단에 상기 발생된 B-모드 초음파 이미지를 실시간으로 전송하기 위한 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지 안내 장치를 포함하는 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템에 있어서,상기 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템은,위치선정 플레이트, 치료 위치 마크, 위치선정 캐리지,치료 록킹 수단은 물론 진공 고정 언더레이 및 바인딩 스트립을 포함하는 환자 몸체 위치용 고정 수단,진단 이미지를 발생하기 위한 수단,상기 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지가 상기 진단 이미지와 정렬되도록 상기 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지를 상기 진단 이미지와 정렬하기 위한 수단 및,치료를 안내하기 위하여 상기 정렬을 기초로 하여서 상기 B-모드 초음파 이미지를 상기 진단 이미지와 합성시키기 위한 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 진단 이미지는 CT 이미지, MRI 이미지, SPECT 이미지, PET 이미지 또는, 상기 CT 이미지, MRI 이미지, SPECT 이미지 및 PET 이미지중의 2개 이상 이미지의 결합에 의하여 형성되어 정렬되고 합성된 이미지로부터 선택되는 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 치료는 수동으로 이루어진 치료 계획을 가진 치료인 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 치료는 치료 계획을 가지고 자동적으로 실행되는 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 치료 계획은 3차원이며 상기 진단 이미지를 사용하여 이루어질 수 있으며, 상기 치료 계획은 자동적인 치료 계획을 이루기 위하여 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지에 반영되는 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 치료 계획은 3차원이며 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지를 사용하여 이루어지며, 상기 치료 계획은 이 치료 계획을 변경 및 조정하기 위하여 상기 진단 이미지에 반영되며, 상기 치료는 변경되고 조정되는 치료 계획에 따라서 자동적으로 실행되는 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템.
- 청구항 2 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 치료를 모니터하고 치료 효과를 실시간으로 평가하기 위하여 상기 실시간 B-모드 초음파 이미지 안내 장치를 추가로 사용하는 집속된 초음파 치료 시스템.
