Claims (10)
- 제1항에 있어서,원료혼합단계는 M-비스(트리알킬실릴)아마이드와 β-메타아릴할라이드 및 용제를 동시에 혼합하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,원료혼합단계는 M-비스(트리알킬실릴)아마이드를 용제에 용해시킨 후 β-메타아릴할라이드를 투입하여 혼합하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,용제는 탄소수 8~20개의 탄화수소류의 용제, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 메시틸렌 및 테트라하이드로퓨란(THF) 중 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,원료혼합단계 후 90℃ 이상에서 가열하는 단계; 및가열로 인하여 합성되어 발생하는 기체를 포집하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,β-메타아릴할라이드에 대비 제조된 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP)의 수율이 80% 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,β-메타아릴할라이드에 대비 제조된 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP)의 수율이 80% 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,반응 시간은 반응 온도 도달 후 1분 이내인 것임을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,반응 시간은 반응 온도 도달 후 1분 이내인 것임을 특징으로 하는 1-메틸사이클로프로펜(1-MCP) 제조 방법.
