Claims (14)
- 기판에 반사특성을 가지는 금속층을 형성하는 단계와;광학스캐너가 구비된 레이저 장치를 이용하여, 상기 금속층에 레이저빔을 조사하는 단계와;상기 광학스캐너의 스캐닝 속도 조절을 통해 상기 금속층 표면이 엠보싱 형태를 이루도록 패터닝하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 광학스캐너는, 미러, 렌즈, 구동축을 가지는 겔보시스템(galvo system) 스캐너이며, 상기 구동축은 상/하/좌/우로 움직이며, 이를 이용하여 피사계 심도(depth of focus)를 다르게 하는 방법으로, 상기 엠보싱 패턴의 굴곡을 형성하는 엠보싱 패턴의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판은, 상기 광학 스캐너를 기준으로 일정각도 경사지게 배치되어 있는 엠보싱 패턴의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴은, 상기 기판과 직교되는 방향을 기준으로 비대칭적인 구조를 가지는 엠보싱 패턴의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 비대칭적인 구조의 엠보싱 패턴은, 상기 레이저빔의 피사계 심도(depth of focus)차에 의해 형성되는 것인 엠보싱 패턴의 제조 방법.
- 상기 제 1 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 형성된 엠보싱 패턴을 가지는 화소 전극이 형성된 제 1 기판과;상기 제 1 기판과 대향되게 배치된 제 2 기판과;상기 제 2 기판 하부에 형성된 공통 전극과;상기 반사 전극과 공통 전극 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴을 가지는 화소 전극은, 상기 엠보싱 패턴 구조의 반사 전극이며, 상기 액정표시장치는 반사형 액정표시장치인 액정표시장치.

- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판에는, 상기 화소 전극과 연결되는 스위칭 소자가 형성되는 액정표시장치.
