Claims (16)
- 기재와;상기 기재 상에 제공된 피복막을 포함하고,상기 피복막은, Ti계 화합물(Ti의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 산질화물 및 탄산질화물로부터 선택된 1종의 화합물)의 미세한 결정립이 비정질 구조의 Si계 화합물(Si의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 산질화물 및 탄산질화물로부터 선택된 1종의 화합물) 내에 분산되어 이루어진 제1막과; Cr 또는 TiCr로부터 선택된 금속 M의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 산질화물 및 탄산질화물로부터 선택된 1종의 화합물로 이루어진 제2 막이 각각 교호로 적층된 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 막 및 제2 막은 각각 0.5nm 이상, 50nm 이하의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 막 및 제2 막은 각각 0.5nm 이상, 10nm 이하의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 막 내의 Si는 1 원자량% 초과, 30 원자량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 막 내의 Si는 15 원자 량% 초과, 25 원자량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 막에서, Ti계 화합물은 입방정 구조이고, Si계 화합물은 비정질 구조이고,상기 제2 막에서는, 금속 M의 화합물은 입방정 구조이며,상기 피복막 전체의 X-선 회절 분석된 것은 입방 결정계인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 막 내의 Ti계 화합물은, 평균 입경이 0.1nm 이상, 10nm 이하인 결정질 물질이고, Si계 화합물의 비정질 구조 내에 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복막은 총 두께가 0.5㎛ 이상, 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층이 상기 기재의 표면과 상기 피복막 사이에 제공되며, 상기 중간층은 Ti, TiN, Cr, 및 CrN으로부터 선택된 1종으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 0.05㎛ 이상, 1.0㎛ 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 WC기 초경합금, 서멧, 고속도강, 세라믹, 입방정형 질화 붕소의 소결체, 다이아몬드 소결체, 질화 실리콘 소결체, 및 알루미나와 탄화 티타늄을 포함하는 소결체로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복 절삭 공구는 드릴, 엔드밀, 밀링용 인덱서블 인서트, 선삭용 인덱서블 인서트, 메탈 슬리팅 소, 기어 절삭 공구, 리머, 및 탭으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복막은, TiSi 합금 및 금속 M을 각각 증발 원료로 하여, 질소, 탄소 및 산소 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 가스 내에서 물리적 기상 증착 기술에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 물리적 기상 증착 기술에 사용된 상기 TiSi 합금 증발 원료는 열간 정수압 가압 처리에 의해 형성되며 99 내지 100%의 상대 밀도를 가지며,그 대향면을 포함하는 상기 원료의 표면 전체 범위에 걸쳐 기공 및 균열을 포함한 결함이 존재하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 물리적 기상 증착 기술은 아크식 이온 도금 기술인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 물리적 기상 증착 기술은 아크식 이온 도금 기술인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 절삭 공구.
