Claims (10)
- 기체에 의해 부품성을 갖는 팽창부,상기 팽창부를 지지하는 비팽창부, 및상기 팽창부와 비팽창부의 경계를 이루는 접결부를 포함하며,상기 팽창부는 서로 분리된 2개의 직물층을 포함하는 이중직물로 구성되고, 상기 비팽창부는 이중직물부와 이를 구획하는 부분접결부를 포함하며, 상기 접결부와 부분접결부가 서로 접하지 않도록 제직되고, 상기 접결부와 부분접결부 사이는 이중직물부로 이루어지며, 상기 접결부와 부분접결부 사이의 간격은 원사 4본 내지 12본이고, 상기 접결부는 2X2의 조직을 사용하여 접결되는 것인 기체에 의한 부품성 이중직물.

- 제1항에 따른 부품성 이중직물, 및상기 이중직물의 표면에 피복된 수지 코팅층을 포함하는 에어백.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수지 코팅층은 실리콘 수지, 우레탄 수지, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 에어백.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 에어백은 커튼형 에어백인 에어백.
- 제1항에 따른 부품성 이중직물의 일면에 수지 코팅층을 코팅하고, 이를 건조시키는 단계; 및상기 부품성 이중직물의 다른 일면에 수지 코팅층을 코팅하고 이를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 에어백의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지 코팅층은 실리콘 수지, 우레탄 수지, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 이용하여 코팅하는 것인 에어백의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지 코팅층의 코팅은 나이프 코트법, 닥터블레이드 법 또는 분무 코팅법으로 실시하는 것인 에어백의 제조방법.
