Claims (10)
- 위암 또는 위암 진행단계 진단을 위하여, 임상 샘플로부터 위암 특이적 메틸화 마커 유전자인 NTRK2 (NM_001007097, 뉴트로픽 타이로신 카이네제 리셉터 타입 2)의 프로모터 메틸화를 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메틸화 검출방법은 PCR, 메틸화 특이 PCR(methylation specific PCR), 실시간 메틸화 특이 PCR (real time methylation specific PCR), 메틸화 DNA 특이적 결합 단백질을 이용한 PCR, 정량 PCR, 파이로시퀀싱 및 바이설파이트 시퀀싱으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로모터는 서열번호 2로 표시되는 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임상 샘플은 암 의심 환자 또는 진단 대상 유래의 조직, 세포, 혈액 또는 소변인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다음의 위암 특이적 메틸화 마커 유전자의 프로모터의 CpG 섬을 포함하는 단편을 증폭하기 위한 프라이머쌍 및 메틸화 민감성 제한 엔도뉴클레아제를 함유하는 위암 또는 위암 진행단계 진단용 키트:(a) NTRK2 (NM_001007097, 뉴트로픽 타이로신 카이네제 리셉터 타입 2).
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머쌍은 서열번호 5 및 6으로 표시되는 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단용 키트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 메틸화 민감성 제한 엔도뉴클레아제는 SmaI, HpaII, BssHII, BstUI, NotI, SacII 및 EagI으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 진단용 키트.
- 다음의 위암 특이적 메틸화 마커 유전자의 프로모터의 CpG 섬을 포함하는 단편과 엄격한 조건하에서 하이브리다이제이션할 수 있는 프로브가 고정되어 있는 위암 또는 위암 진행단계 진단용 핵산 칩:(a) NTRK2 (NM_001007097, 뉴트로픽 타이로신 카이네제 리셉터 타입 2).
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 프로모터는 서열번호 2로 표시되는 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 위암 또는 위암 진행단계 진단용 핵산 칩.
- 제8항에 있어서, 서열번호 19 내지 30으로 표시되는 서열 중 어느 하나 이상의 서열이 프로브로 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위암 또는 위암 진행단계 진단용 핵산 칩.
