Claims (6)
- 하우징 내부에 배치되어 하우징과 샤프트 사이의 갭을 밀봉하는 메카니컬 실링 조립체에 있어서,상기 하우징에 장착된 한 쌍의 밀봉 링과,상기 한 쌍의 밀봉 링 사이에 배치되어 상기 한 쌍의 밀봉 링 중 적어도 어느 하나를 탄성적으로 가압하는 벨로우즈와,상기 샤프트 상에 고정되어 샤프트와 함께 회전하며, 상기 한 쌍의 밀봉 링 중 어느 하나와 접동식으로 접촉하는 회전자를 포함하되,상기 회전자와 접동하는 밀봉 링의 밀봉면은 카본으로 코팅되고, 상기 밀봉 링의 밀봉면과 대향하는 회전자의 밀봉면은 텅스텐 카바이드로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니컬 실링 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 밀봉 링 중에서 회전자와 접촉하는 밀봉 링과 벨로우즈 사이에 배치된 메탈 페룰을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니컬 실링 조립체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,벨로우즈는 복수개의 환형 다이어프램을 구비하며, 환형 다이어프램의 내부 및 외부 말단부는 각각 용접으로 결합되고, 최외측에 배치된 다이어프램은 메탈 페 룰과 한 쌍의 밀봉 링 중의 다른 하나와 용접으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니컬 실링 조립체.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전자와 접동하는 밀봉 링은 샤프트 상에서 샤프트의 축방향으로 이동 가능하며, 상기 회전자는 샤프트에 대하여 이동 불가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니컬 실링 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 밀봉 링 중에서 하우징과 접촉하는 밀봉 링에 설치된 밀봉 부재와, 상기 회전자와 샤프트 사이의 인터페이스를 밀봉하기 위하여 회전자에 설치된 밀봉 부재를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니컬 실링 조립체.
