Claims (10)
- 케이스와,상기 케이스 내에 마련되고 샤프트에 고정되어 있음과 함께 축선 방향의 단부에 마련된 팬을 갖는 회전자와,상기 회전자를 둘러싸도록 마련되고 회전자로부터의 회전 자계에 의해 교류가 생기는 고정자와,상기 샤프트의 단부측에 마련되고 상기 고정자에서 생기는 상기 교류를 정류하는 정류기를 구비하고,상기 정류기는, 제 1의 히트 싱크, 이 제 1의 히트 싱크의 표면상에 간격을 두고 배치된 제 1의 일방향성 통전 소자체, 이 제 1의 히트 싱크와 이간하여 마련된 제 2의 히트 싱크, 이 제 2의 히트 싱크의 표면상에 간격을 두고 배치된 제 2의 일방향성 통전 소자체, 및 상기 제 1의 일방향성 통전 소자체 및 상기 제 2의 일방향성 통전 소자체에 대해 브리지 회로를 구성하도록 접속한 터미널을 갖는 서킷 보드를 포함하고,도출된 상기 제 1의 일방향성 통전 소자체의 제 1의 단자, 도출된 상기 제 2의 일방향성 통전 소자체의 제 2의 단자가, 각각 상기 터미널의 평면방향으로 연속하여 노출된 동일면에 인접하여 접속되어 단자측 접속부가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 서킷 보드는, 상기 터미널과 일체의 몰드 수지부를 구비하고 있고, 이 몰드 수지부의 연면(edge surface)에 상기 터미널이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 팬은, 원심 팬이고, 상기 단자측 접속부는, 상기 원심 팬의 지름 방향 외측에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 팬은, 상기 서킷 보드측의 단부에 마련된 둥근 고리형상의 플레이트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,말굽형상의 상기 제 1의 히트 싱크의 지름 방향의 외측에, 말굽형상의 상기 제 2의 히트 싱크가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2의 히트 싱크의 외주부는, 상기 케이스에 면접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1의 히트 싱크 및 상기 제 2의 히트 싱크는, 알루미늄제인 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 단자측 접속부는, 저항용접에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 단자측 접속부는, TIG 용접에 의한 접속으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 고정자의 리드선이, 상기 서킷 보드의 상기 터미널과 접속된 리드선측 접속부는, 상기 회전자측으로 연장되어 나와 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 발전기.
