Claims (3)
- (a) 제1 유속의 액상 시클로헥산, 및 산소 함유 기체를 주 반응 구역에 도입하여, 상기 시클로헥산과 상기 산소 함유 기체를, 임의로는 시클로헥산 산화 촉매의 존재하에 접촉시켜, 시클로헥실 히드로퍼옥시드(CHHP), 시클로헥산온(K) 및 시클로헥산올(A)을 포함하는 액상 주 반응 생성물을 생성하고,(b) 상기 주 반응 구역으로부터 상기 액상 반응 생성물을 배출시키고,(c) 상기 주 반응 구역으로부터 미반응 기상 시클로헥산 및 0.5 내지 6.0 부피%의 산소를 포함하는 주 반응 구역 기체를 배출시키고,(d) 주 반응 구역 기체, 및 상기 제1 유속보다 낮은 제2 유속의 액상 시클로헥산을 정화 반응 구역에 도입하여, 주 반응 구역 기체를 액상 시클로헥산과 접촉시켜 CHHP, K 및 A를 포함하는 정화 반응 생성물을 생성하고,(e) 주 반응 구역 기체 중의 산소 농도보다 낮은 농도의 산소를 포함하는 정화 반응 구역 기체를 상기 정화 반응 구역으로부터 배출시키는 것을 포함하는 시클로헥산 산화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정화 반응 구역 기체가 2.0 부피% 미만의 농도의 산소를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정화 반응 구역 기체를 제2 정화 반응 구역에서 액상 시클 로헥산과 접촉시켜, CHHP, K 및 A를 포함하는 제2 정화 반응 구역 생성물을 생성하고, 정화 반응 구역 기체 중의 산소 농도보다 낮은 농도의 산소를 포함하는 제2 정화 반응 구역 기체를 상기 제2 정화 반응 구역으로부터 배출시키는 방법.
