Claims (12)
- 반사층 및 광 확산층을 구비하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 광 확산층은 상기 반사층 상부에 바인더 수지 및 각형 글라스 비드를 포함하는 광 확산층 형성용 잉크를 스크린 인쇄방식으로 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광 확산층 형성용 잉크는 구형 글라스 비드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 반사층, 하부 광 확산층 및 도광층을 구비하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 하부 광 확산층은 상기 도광층에 바인더 수지 및 각형 글라스 비드를 포함하는 하부 광 확산층 형성용 잉크를 스크린 인쇄방식으로 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 하부 광 확산층 형성용 잉크는 구형 글라스 비드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 도광층 상부에 광 확산층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산시트의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 상부 광 확산층은 바인더 수지 및 각형 글라스 비드를 포함하는 상부 광 확산층 형성용 잉크를 스크린 인쇄방식으로 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,광원이 광 확산층 하부에 존재하는 경우에 상기 상부 광 확산층은 광원의 위치에 대응되는 부분에만 각형 글라스 비드를 포함하는 상부 광 확산층 형성용 잉크로 도트문양을 구비하도록 스크린 인쇄방식으로 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 상부 광 확산층은 다수의 볼록 렌즈 형상이 평면상에 분포된 패턴으로 상부 광 확산층 형성용 잉크를 스크린 인쇄방식으로 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,색상이 다른 상부 광 확산층 형성용 잉크를 색상 별로 별도로 스크린 인쇄방식으로 도포하여, 상기 상부 광 확산층이 서로 다른 색상을 구비한 다수의 볼록 렌즈 패턴 영역으로 이루어지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 볼록 렌즈 패턴은 다층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 광 확산 시트의 광원과 대향하지 않는 측면에 바인더 수지 및 각형 글라스 비드를 포함하는 측면 광 확산층 및 상기 측면 광 확산층 외부에 반사층을 더 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 상부 광 확산층은, 고휘도가 필요한 영역의 경계부는 바인더 수지 및 구형 글라스 비드를 포함하는 잉크로 스크린 인쇄하고, 상기 경계부 내부의 고휘도 영역은 바인더 수지 및 각형 글라스 비드를 포함하는 잉크로 스크린 인쇄하여 형성 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 확산 시트의 제조방법.
