Claims (10)
- 붕소 및 실리카를 필수 성분으로 하고, 또한 붕소가 B2O3 환산으로 유리 조성물 중에 10 질량% 이하로 포함되고, SiO2 함유율이 8 내지 30 질량%인 은페이스트용 유리 조성물이며, 그의 조성비에 대해 산화물 환산으로 하기 수학식 1이 성립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 은페이스트용 유리 조성물.<수학식 1>B2O3 질량% ≤ SiO2 질량%
- 제1항에 있어서, 그의 조성비에 대해 산화물 환산으로 하기 수학식 2가 성립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 은페이스트용 유리 조성물.<수학식 2>B2O3 질량%+ZnO 질량% ≤ SiO2 질량%
- 제2항에 있어서, ZnO 함유율이 12 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 은페이스트용 유리 조성물.
- 삭제
- 은분말, 감광성 유기 성분, 및 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유리 조성물을 함유하는 감광성 은페이스트이며, 상기 유리 조성물의 함유율이 은분말 100 질량부에 대해 2 내지 15 질량부의 범위인 감광성 은페이스트.

- 제5항에 기재된 감광성 은페이스트의 소성물 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 패턴.
