- (a) (NayK1-y)NbO3 및 Ba(TizSn1-z)O3의 원료 분말들을 이용하여 (1-x)(NayK1-y)NbO3-xBa(TizSn1-z)O3(여기서, 0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<1)를 형성하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 (1-x)(NayK1-y)NbO3-xBa(TizSn1-z)O3를 소결하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 (a) 단계는(a1) 상기 (NayK1-y)NbO3의 원료 분말들을 지르코니아 볼과 휘발성 용매로 12~36시간 동안 습식 밀링한 후, 건조를 통하여 상기 휘발성 용매를 제거하는 단계;(a2) 상기 건조된 결과물을 600~1000℃의 온도범위에서 하소하는 단계;(a3) 상기 하소된 결과물에 상기 Ba(TizSn1-z)O3 의 원료 분말들을 60~84시간 동안 혼합하는 단계;(a4) 상기 (a3) 단계의 결과물을 분쇄 및 건조하는 단계; 및(a5) 상기 (a4) 단계의 결과물을 600~1000℃의 온도범위에서 2차 하소하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹스 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 (b)단계는 900~1100℃의 온도범위에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹스 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 (b)단계는 CIP(cold-isostatic-pressing) 방법으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹스 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 x는 0.04<x≤0.07인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹스 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 y는 0.45≤y≤0.55인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹스 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 z는 0.80≤z≤0.95인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹스 제조 방법.
