Claims (8)
- 가공물의 상측에 위치되어 고정기구의 체결공간을 제공하는 고정기구 체결부;상기 고정기구 체결부와 일체로 형성되며, 가공물의 크랙발생부위를 용접한 이후 용접툴의 이동경로를 제공하는 핀홀제거부;가 포함되며,상기 핀홀제거부에는,상기 용접툴이 상승하면서 가공물과 이격될 수 있도록 하는 경사면이 형성되는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경사면은 가공물에 발생된 크랙 방향으로 갈수록 높이가 낮아지는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경사면은 경사각이 낮아질수록 길이가 길어지는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경사면 중 적어도 일부분은 상기 용접툴의 핀 길이 보다 높이가 높게 형성되는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭.
- 가공물의 크랙발생 부분 부근에 경사면이 형성된 리페어블럭을 고정하는 단계;가공물의 크랙발생 시작 부분으로 용접툴이 이동하는 단계;크랙발생 부분을 따라 용접툴이 이동하며 마찰교반용접이 실시되는 단계;크랙발생 부분 용접 이후 리페어블럭의 경사면을 따라 용접툴이 상승하면서 마찰교반용접이 계속되는 단계;경사면을 따라 상승하면서 이동하는 용접툴의 단부가 가공물로부터 이격되면서 마찰교반용접이 정지되는 단계;상기 마찰교반용접의 정지 이후 용접툴이 회수되고 리페어블럭이 제거되는 단계; 및면삭가공을 통해 접합 비드가 제거되는 단계;가 포함되는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭을 이용한 가공물의 보수방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 용접툴은 크랙발생 부분 용접 이후 리페어블럭과 접하는 시점에서 상승이 시작되는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭을 이용한 가공물의 보수방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 경사면을 따라 이동하는 용접툴은 마찰교반용접이 정지될 때까지 등속으로 상승하는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭을 이용한 가공물의 보수방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 용접툴의 상승 속도는 0.1㎜/s 내지 3㎜/s 범위 이내에서 형성되는 마찰교반용접용 리페어블럭을 이용한 가공물의 보수방법.
