Claims (8)
- 제1항의 쿠마린 유도체를 이용하여 인비트로(in vitro) 시료 중에서 황산 수소염 이온을 선택적으로 검출하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,황산 수소염 이온과 결합하여 발생되는 형광의 세기를 측정하여 황산 수소염 이온을 선택적으로 검출하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,황산 수소염 이온과 결합하여 발생되는 형광의 중심파장은 485㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 황산 수소염 이온을 선택적으로 검출하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,황산 수소염 이온과 결합하여 발생되는 형광의 세기가 F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, CH3CO2 -, H2PO4 -, NO3- 또는 OH-와 결합하여 발생되는 형광의 세기보다 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 황산 수소염 이온을 선택적으로 검출하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,pH 4 내지 pH 10에서 형광의 세기가 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산 수소염 이온을 선택적으로 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 화학식 1의 쿠마린 유도체를 이용한 황산 수소염 이온 검출용 화학 센서.
