Claims (4)
- 가교제를 첨가하지 않고 제조된 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유는 210℃에서 측정한 폴리우레탄 탄성체의 멜트 인덱스(Melt Index)가 5~10(ASTM D 1238 210℃/8.7kg)인 안정화된 중합물을 방사온도 210℃~230℃인 조건하에 용융방사하여 제조되고,폴리우레탄 탄성섬유를 100% 신장한 상태에서 130℃, 1분간의 건열처리 후 측정한 강력은 건열 처리 전의 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유의 강력의 70%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유는 140℃에서의 건열 처리 후 하기 식 1로 나타내는 건열세트성이 80% 이상이며, 하기 식 2로 나타내는 열안정효율(HSE)은 30% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유.[식 1]건열세트성(%) = [(L2-L0)/(L1-L0)] × 100[식 2]HSE(%) = [(L3-L0)/(L1-L0)] × 100(상기 식 1 및 식 2에서, L0은 초기원사 길이, L1은 초기원사를 대기 중에 노출된 상태로 100% 신장시킨 길이, L2는 140℃에서 1분간 건열 처리하였다가 실온으로 냉각한 다음 원사의 길이, L3는 건열 처리한 원사를 이완된 상태로 100℃에서 30분간 습열 처리한 뒤 실온에서 건조한 원사의 길이임)
- 제 1항의 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유를 심사로 하고, 피복사로서 나이론 6 필라멘트사 또는 가연 가공사를 사용해 카바링한 싱글카바링사를 이용하여 제직된 편직물에서 건열 150℃ 처리 후 열융착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유 혼용 편직물.
- 제 1항의 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유를 심사로 하고, 피복사로서 나이론 6 필라멘트사 또는 가연 가공사를 사용해 카바링한 싱글카바링사를 이용하여 제직된 편직물에서 습열 125℃ 처리 후 열융착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성섬유 혼용 편직물
