Description
Claims (9)
- 기판, 상기 기판 위에 놓인 제1 도전 층, 상기 제1 도전 층 위에 놓인 유기 층들의 집합, 상기 유기 층들의 집합 위에 놓인 제2 도전 층, 및 상기 제2 도전 층 위에 배치된 제1 금속 포일을 포함하는 OLED 소자로서,상기 제1 도전 층은 적어도, 하부 전극 층을 구성하는 부분과, 상기 하부 전극층과는 분리되어 있는 분리된 부분을 포함하고,상기 제2 도전 층의 적어도 일부는 상부 전극 층을 구성하고,상기 제1 금속 포일은 상기 제1 도전 층의 분리된 부분을 통해 상기 상부 전극 층에 전기적으로 접속되어 있고, 상기 제1 도전 층의 분리된 부분은 상기 유기 층들을 지나 연장되는 브리징 부분(bridging portion)을 통해 상기 상부 전극 층에 접속되어 있고,상기 제1 금속 포일에 의해 적어도 상기 유기 층들의 집합의 인클로저가 제공되는 OLED 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 금속 포일 위에 배치되고, 상기 하부 전극 층 및 상기 상부 전극 층 중 하나에 전기적으로 접속되는 제2 금속 포일과, 상기 제1 금속 포일 및 상기 제2 금속 포일 사이에 배치된 절연 층을 더 포함하는 OLED 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연 층과 상기 제1 금속 포일을 통해 상기 제2 금속 포일과 상기 하부 전극 층 사이에 접점부들(contact portions)이 제공되는 OLED 소자.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 금속 포일 위에 배치된 적어도 하나의 금속 포일을 더 포함하고, 절연 층이 각각의 금속 포일들 쌍 사이에 배치된 OLED 소자.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 복수의 픽셀들을 포함하고, 각각의 픽셀은 상기 하부 전극 층, 상기 유기 층들 및 상기 상부 전극 층의 일부를 포함하고, 적어도 두 개의 서로 다른 금속 포일들이 픽셀들의 서로 다른 서브 그룹들의 개별 제어를 위해 동일한 전극 층의 서로 다른 부분들에 전기적으로 접속되어 있고, 이 서브 그룹 각각은 적어도 하나의 픽셀을 포함하는 OLED 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 픽셀들의 서로 다른 서브 그룹들은 서로 다른 컬러의 빛을 방출하는 OLED 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 금속 포일은 상기 상부 전극 층 바로 위에 배치되는 OLED 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 포일 각각은 외부 접속 단자들을 제공하는 OLED 소자.
