Claims (10)
- A) 분자 당 평균 2 개 이상의 NCO 기를 함유하며, 상기 NCO 기의 적어도 85%는 ε-카프로락탐, p-히드록시카르복실산 및 지방족 알코올에서 선택된 보호제로 보호되어 있는 적어도 1종의 폴리이소시아네이트; 및B) 30 내지 60 mg KOH/g의 산가, 20 내지 300 mg KOH/g의 히드록실가 및 1500 내지 60,000 g/mol의 중량 평균 분자량 Mw을 갖는, 분자 당 평균 2 개 이상의 반응성 히드록실 기를 함유하는 적어도 1종의 친수성 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 또는 친수성 및 비-친수성 폴리에스테르 폴리올의 혼합물을 포함하며, 상기 성분 A)의 보호된 이소시아네이트 기와 성분 B)의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기 사이의 당량 비가 0.5 내지 5.0:1인, 금속성 식품 용기 또는 식품 포장재의 내부 코팅용 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가i) 폴리이소시아네이트 100 당량%,ii) ε-카프로락탐 및(또는) 하기 화학식 1의 히드록시벤조산 유도체 총 60 내지 100 당량%,<화학식 1>(상기 식에서, X는 산소, NH 또는 NR이고, R은 수소, C1 내지 C8 알킬 기 또는 시클로알킬 기이다.)iii) 히드록실 및(또는) 아미노 기를 함유하며 32 내지 3000의 수 평균 분자량을 갖는 적어도 2-관능성 화합물 0 내지 40 당량%를 포함하며,상기 반응성분의 비율은 성분 i)의 NCO 기 대 성분 ii) 및 iii)의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기의 당량 비가 1:0.8 내지 1:1.2가 되도록 선택되는 것인 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 B)가a) a1) 2 이상의 COOH 관능가를 갖는 1종 이상의 지방족, 지환족, 아르지방족 및(또는) 방향족 카르복실산, 또는 그의 무수물 및a2) 임의로 방향족, 지환족 및(또는) 지방족 모노카르복실산을 포함하는 카르복실산 성분 40 내지 49 몰%와b) b1) 62 내지 272 g/mol의 수 평균 분자량 및 2 이상의 평균 OH 관능가를 갖는 1종 이상의 지방족, 지환족 및(또는) 아르지방족 폴리올, 및b2) 임의로 지방족, 지환족 및(또는) 아르지방족 모노알코올을 포함하는 알코올 성분 51 내지 60 몰%,c) 임의로 물,d) 중화제, 및e) 임의로 용매 및 첨가제의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 것인 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분 B)가 20 내지 75 mg KOH/g 고체 수지의 산가를 갖는 것인 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 성분 A)의 보호된 NCO 기가 성분 B)와 반응할 수 있는 온도 미만에서 성분 A)와 B)를 혼합하고, 이어서 물을 가하여 분산시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항의 수성 코팅 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 물을 가하기 전에 친수성이 되지 않은 성분 A)를 성분 B)와 혼합한 다음, 상기 성분 A) 및 B)의 혼합물을 분산시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항의 수성 코팅 조성물로 코팅된 기판(substrate)이며, 상기 기판이 포장재 또는 캔의 내부인 기판.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 금속성 기판인 기판.
- 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 식료품에 사용하기 적합한 캔의 내부인 기판.
