따라서, 본 발명에 의하면, 구동부의 회전력을 손실없이 직접 회전축으로 전달하여 검사신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신이 제공된다.

도 2는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신을 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이고,
도 3은 도 2에 따른 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신을 개략적으로 도시한 단면도이고,
도 4는 도 2에 따른 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신에 회전체가 설치되어 회전하는 모습을 개략적으로 도시한 정면도이다.

Claims (7)
- 회전체를 회전시켜 불균형을 검사하는 밸런싱 머신에 있어서,
상기 회전체에 삽입되는 회전축;
상기 회전축과 연동하며, 상기 회전축으로 회전력을 인가하는 구동부;
일측은 상기 회전축과 연결되고 타측은 상기 구동부와 연결되어 상기 구동부로부터 회전력을 상기 회전축으로 전달하는 연결부;를 포함하며
상기 연결부는 일단에 상기 회전축이 삽입되어 체결되는 삽입부가 형성되며,상기 삽입부의 내경이 가변적으로 확장 또는 축소되는 체결부; 상기 회전축이 고정되도록 상기 체결부가 삽입된 상태로 상기 체결부의 외면을 따라 상기 회전축과 근접하는 방향으로 이동하여 상기 삽입부의 내경을 축소시키는 조임부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 삽입부의 타단에는 구동부가 삽입되어 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 구동부는 상기 조임부에 삽입된 상태로 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조임부는 상기 회전축으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 단면적이 감소하도록 경사면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 삽입부로 삽입되지 않은 단부의 외주면 상에 마련되며, 회전시 발생하는 마찰을 감소시키는 베어링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 베어링은 가스 베어링으로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부와 직렬연결된 밸런싱 머신. - 삭제
