연결구의 조립에 의한 압출성형 내부칸막이 벽체구조 및 이를 이용한 시공방법{Extrusion molding partition wall structure by assembling coupler and constructing method using the same}Extrusion molding partition wall structure by assembling coupler and constructing method using the same}

The present invention relates to the inter-generation wall structure and construction method using the same, more specifically, it can block the noise transmitted from the connection by connecting the connection between the extrusion molded wall panel, the wall panel to the connector Since it is firmly fixed by the construction, there is no shaking or deformation of the wall after construction, and thus durability can be improved. .

Inter-generational partition walls (structures) of buildings are presented in various ways. In general, lightweight partitions can be used in the case of a single panel. However, inter-generational partition walls must have a certain strength of the walls. In addition, it is necessary to secure sound insulation performance and secure various physical performances such as the construction of electric facilities such as electrical outlets and resistance to external pressure including nail construction for decoration.

Such intergenerational partition inner wall (structure) is often applied to the drywall panel using a gypsum board shown in FIG. Drywall panel using gypsum board is composed of metal panel to construct the skeleton, glass surface, rock wool, etc., insulation material and a certain air layer, and the surface finish is 10 ~ 12mm gypsum board. It is a wall structure of the form. In addition, ALC (Lightweight Foamed Concrete) and cement composite panels have been used. The most important factors in use are fire resistance and sound insulation performance, which are legal factors. In other words, in order for inter-generational internal partitions to be used as walls, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs must approve the fire resistance and sound insulation performance of the ball.

On the other hand, extrusion panels (hereinafter referred to as "wall panels") have been proposed as inter-generational partition walls. The wall panel was vacuum-formed during production and had a high heat density because it had a high density of 1.8 g / cm 3. That is, when heat is applied to the surface of the wall panel due to a fire or the like, the air of the internal micropores expands and the air does not escape to the outside and has a characteristic of exploding. Due to this, the fire resistance performance is remarkably deteriorated. In the case of the sound insulation performance, the sound insulation performance of the wall panel itself is excellent, but noise is transmitted to the floor and the ceiling of the connection part of the wall panel and the sound insulation performance is lowered. In addition, the construction is performed by inserting wall panels on both the bottom and the top of the wall panel during construction. In this case, gaps between the upper and lower slabs and the channel may occur to act as a factor of noise transmission.

Such wall panels have been widely used as exterior materials and interior materials of existing buildings. The products are generally 35mm, 50mm, 60mm thick products, the width of the product is produced from a minimum of 450mm to a maximum of 600mm. Wall panels have the advantages of high product density and high water resistance by vacuum forming in the production stage. General product quality is shown in Table 1 below.

항목Item 성능기준Performance standard 휨강도(MPa)Flexural strength (MPa) 14 이상More than 14 밀도(g/㎤)Density (g / cm3) 1.8±0.21.8 ± 0.2 흡수율(%)Absorption Rate (%) 15 이내Within 15 길이변화율(%)Length change rate (%) 0.12 이내Within 0.12

Due to the above characteristics, the water resistance is excellent and the flexural rigidity is higher than the panels of other materials used in the wall structure is used as a toilet, balcony panel material requiring water resistance in addition to the exterior material. In addition, when the wall panel is used as an interior material, as described above, it is difficult to apply because it is difficult to secure the fire resistance performance, but when the fire resistance performance of the wall panel is secured by using a fiber or the like and a partial finish is applied to the surface. The stable performance can be secured and the fire resistance can be compensated for.

However, even in the case of constructing inter-wall partition internal walls using wall panels, there has been the following problem because there is no separate core material that can only display insulation between the wall panels and support the load between the wall panels. .

First, there is no core material in the middle between the wall panels, as shown in Figure 2 can damage the panel in the lateral load. That is, when a lateral load acts on one wall panel forming the wall, warpage occurs and deformation occurs to damage the durability of the entire wall. This means that even if the wall panel secures the bending strength of 14 MPa or more, as described above, deformation may occur due to construction defects. Recently, due to the expansion of flat-panel TVs and the like, hanger-type constructions have been frequently installed on the inner wall of the dividers for generations. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, since a load is transmitted only to one panel panel forming a wall, durability of the entire wall structure such as deformation is reduced.

Second, when the connection between the wall panels is not made a strong connection, the panel shakes, and after construction, deformation occurs due to the absence of core material, which can act as a path of heat transfer in case of fire as well as noise transfer due to gaps and cracks in the connection part. have.

The present invention has not yet used an extruded wall panel as an internal partition wall (structure) for the above-mentioned reasons, but it is used as a complement to water resistance and fire resistance, but by placing a connector between the wall panels in the transverse direction By supplementing the durability against external force such as load and providing a connection between the solid wall panels, it does not cause any shaking even during long-term use, so that there is no cracking of the connection part and to provide the technology to secure noise and fireproof performance stability.

Extruded internal partition wall structure by assembling the connector according to the present invention relates to the internal partition wall structure that divides generations. Looking at the basic configuration, a pair of wall panels facing each other and having a plurality of hollows formed therein; The connector is disposed between the pair of wall panels. That is, a pair of wall panels and a connector formed by extrusion molding support the pair of wall panels by the connector so that a solid internal partition wall structure can be provided to improve durability, and problems such as noise generated after construction can be improved. To solve.

Both side ends of the wall panel are configured with fastening protrusions fastened to the grooves and the grooves, respectively, so that connection construction between adjacent wall panels is possible.

The connector comprises a pair of joining surfaces in contact with the wall panel, a support surface connecting between the pair of joining surfaces, and a fastening surface formed by bending at the ends of the joining surfaces. Guide grooves are formed on opposite surfaces so that the fastening surface is fastened to the guide grooves so that the wall panel and the connector are connected and supported.

In addition, at least one inner guide groove is formed to face each other on the opposite surface of the pair of wall panels, and a support is mounted on the inner guide groove so that the insulating material placed between the pair of wall panels is fixed and slipped. It is reasonable to ensure that it is prevented.

On the other hand, the construction method using the extrusion molding internal partition wall structure by the assembly of the present invention comprises the steps of installing a channel on the upper, lower slab; In the process of mounting a support on one wall panel of the pair of wall panels and the insulation material on one wall panel by the support, the process of fastening the connector to one wall panel, and the process of fastening the other wall panel to the connector Comprising the steps of completing the above-mentioned extrusion molding inner partition wall structure by assembling the connector; And the step of installing the wall structure of the extruded inner partition wall by assembling the completed connector in the previous step.

The construction method using the extruded inner partition wall structure by the connector assembly according to the present invention, by placing the connector between the two pairs of wall panels in a prefabricated manner, the following advantages are derived.

First, there is an advantage to improve the sound insulation performance by blocking the sound transmitted from the connection by configuring the connector in the connection portion of the wall panel.

Second, since the wall panel is firmly fixed by the connector, there is no shaking or deformation of the wall panel after construction, thereby increasing the durability of the entire wall structure.

Third, the four wall panels are connected by one connector, and there is an advantage in that construction and dismantling are easy by supporting the opposite wall panels.

Extruded internal partition wall structure 100 by assembling the connector of the present invention relates to the internal partition wall structure that divides generations, as shown in Figure 4 and opposed to each other and formed a plurality of hollows 111 therein Structural performance by having a pair of wall panels 110 and a connector 120 placed between the pair of wall panels 110 to support the pair of wall panels 110 by the connector 120 to be assembled. It is characterized by improving the noise and preventing noise.

The wall panel 110 is formed by extrusion molding, it is a structure to prevent the noise by making a sound absorption by forming a plurality of hollows (111) inside. Thus, the wall panel 110 formed by extrusion molding has been difficult to use as a wall structure partitioning generations due to the lack of fire resistance and sound insulation performance, but recently fire resistant performance due to development of asbestos-free products and development of fire-resistant products. There seems to be no problem in securing. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement the sound insulation performance. In general, wall panels formed by extrusion are high-density products, but the wall panels themselves have excellent sound insulation performance, but they are caused by sound leaking from the connections between the wall panels or damage of the joints caused by structural defects over time. It was relatively difficult to secure sound insulation performance due to the gap.

Accordingly, in the present invention, to solve this problem, the connector 120 is configured between the pair of wall panels 110 to block noise at the connection between the wall panels 110, and the wall panels 110 are firmly connected by the connector 120. It is to ensure that the function of noise prevention through deformation prevention after construction so that the function.

As shown in FIG. 4, both side ends of the wall panel 110 are provided with fastening protrusions 113 fastened to the grooves 112 and the grooves 112, respectively, to connect and assemble adjacent wall panels 110. It is configured to be.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5A, the groove 112 is configured to cover the height of the entire side end of the wall panel 110 at one side end of the wall panel 110, and the corresponding fastening protrusion 113 also corresponds to the wall. To be configured over the entire side height of the panel 110. By this configuration is to be fastened by the fitting method between the adjacent wall panel 110.

Meanwhile, when the recess 112 and the fastening protrusion 113 are configured as shown in FIG. 5A, fitting may not be easily performed when bending occurs in the extrusion process, and thus, the pair of wall panels 110 is illustrated in FIG. 5B. A plurality of fastening protrusions 113a are formed at the side ends, and a plurality of recesses 112a are configured to correspond to each other so that each of the fastening protrusions 113a and the recesses 112a is fastened by a fitting method. do.

In fastening the wall panel 110 and the connector 120, as shown in FIG. 4, the connector 120 includes a pair of joint surfaces 122 and a pair of joint surfaces 122 contacting the wall panel 110. Consists of a support surface 121 to connect between and a fastening surface 123 formed by bending at the end of the bonding surface 122, the fastening surface 123 is configured to fasten the wall panel 110 In the pair of wall panels 110 on both sides, the guide grooves 114 are formed on the opposite surfaces so that the fastening surface 123 is fastened to the guide grooves 114 so that the wall panel 110 and the connector 120 are formed. ) Is to be fastened.

In more detail, the connector 120 has a joint surface 122 and a support surface 121 formed in an “I” shape, such that the joint surface 122 is adjacent to the wall panel 110 as shown in FIG. 7. And fastening surfaces 123 are formed at both ends of the joint surface 122 so that the respective fastening surfaces 123 are slide fastened to the guide grooves 114 formed in the adjacent wall panel 110. It is configured to support the pair of wall panels 110 and the pair of wall panels 110 that are opposed to each other by one connector 120, and to support the opposite wall panels 110 to form a certain gap to form a structural To ensure stability and to connect the four wall panels 110 at the same time to facilitate the construction of the construction.

In addition, the fastening surface 123 is bent in a shape in which the width is extended in the end direction, the corresponding guide groove 114 is also configured in a shape in which the width is extended in the inner direction so that the fastening surface 123 is the guide The groove 114 is configured to be fastened by a slide, and based on this shape, the pair of wall panels 110 is firmly fixed while forming a predetermined clearance.

The connector 120 is preferably composed of an elastic material, and if the elastic material does not limit the material, steel, aluminum, or the like may be preferably used in consideration of the supporting strength surface.

4 and 6a has a structure in which one connector 120 is fastened to one guide groove 114, and the connector 120 has the same length as that of the wall panel 110. Height). In this case, between the wall structure is a structure that is completely blocked by the connector 120 is presented. In the case of using the connector 120, it is possible to expect almost complete heat transfer between the wall structures.

On the other hand in Figure 6b is shown a connector 120a is a plurality of fastening to one guide groove 114. That is, in the pair of wall panels 110, the plurality of connectors 120a are slide-fastened on both sides, respectively. The connector 120a has the same shape as the connector 120 shown in FIGS. 4A and 6A, and only a length (height) is configured to be different, and thus description of the detailed configuration is omitted.

The reason for presenting the connector 120a in which a plurality is fastened to one guide groove 114 as described above is the case of the connector 120 shown in FIGS. 4 and 6A having a larger length (compared to the connector 120). As the molding (123) is not easy to slide the connector 120 to the wall panel 110 when an error occurs, such as bending, it is to present a connector 120a that can reduce the material cost while reducing the molding error. .

On the other hand, the space formed by the pair of wall panel 110 and the connector 120 is a heat insulating material is inserted into the bar, a pair of wall panel 110 and the connector 120, the fastening process of the slide, the bottom pull by time elapsed heat insulating material In order to prevent the block against partial heat insulation effect by pushing the bottom, and to prevent dysfunction in heat insulation and structure, such as deformation of the wall structure by the lower pull of the heat insulating material in the present invention as shown in Figure 4, a pair of wall panel 110 At least one inner guide groove 115 is configured on the opposite surface of the support, and the support 130 is mounted on the inner guide groove 115.

To describe this in more detail, the inner guide groove 115 is configured in a shape in which the width thereof increases in the inward direction, and the support 130 is a support frame 131 having a shape opposite to the shape of the inner guide groove 115. And a support pin 132 protruding from the support frame 131, and the support frame 131 slides to the inner guide groove 115 configured at one wall panel 110 to support the support pin 132. This is to be exposed, so that the heat insulating material is inserted into the exposed support pins 132 so as to prevent the lower pull of the heat insulating material.

Since the inner guide groove 115 is formed over the entire length direction of the wall panel 110, the support 130 may be mounted on one inner guide groove 115 by selecting the number thereof as necessary. Bar, which can be selectively configured in consideration of the weight of the insulation.

On the other hand Figure 7 shows a plan view showing an example of the extrusion inner partition wall structure is installed by the connector assembly of the present invention, the wall panel 110, the support 130 and the like described above is shown the same configuration However, the connector 120b of the embodiment different from the connector 120 mentioned above is presented.

The connector 120b has the same shape as the connector 120 shown in FIG. 4 and the like, but on both sides of the support surface 121, the inner circumference of the bonding surface 122, and the inner circumference 123 of the fastening surface. The refractory paint layer 124 is applied differently. In this way, the connector 120b further comprises a refractory paint layer 124 formed on the inner surface of the connector 120b. Layer 124 is applied to improve flame retardancy.

The refractory paint layer 124 is a paint that forms a carbonized layer by foaming a dry coating layer when exposed to heat. The carbonized layer protects the wall panel 110 from flame and combustion heat for a predetermined time. Of course, the carbonized layer itself is finally burned away, but since it takes some time until completely burned, the influence of the wall panel 110 may be reduced. Therefore, the refractory coating layer 124 has a basic performance for the foam fireproof structure to properly protect the wall panel during a fire, that is, the thickness of the foam coating is higher than a certain level, the density of the foam coating is sufficient, foaming As it has the performance that even foaming occurs without the occurrence of cracks due to shrinkage at the time, general purpose is used.

Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 7, one or more inner guide grooves 115 are formed to face each other on the opposing surfaces of the pair of wall panels 110, so that the inner guide grooves 115 formed in the wall panel 110 are disposed on the inner guide grooves 115. The end of the support 130, ie, the support pin 132, which is mounted so that the support pin 132 is exposed by the slide fastening of the support frame 131, penetrates the heat insulating material 140, and is configured in the other wall panel 110. It is reasonable to be mounted so as to be located in the guide groove 115 to prevent the lateral slip of the heat insulating material 140.

Here, the process of mounting the support 130 to the one wall panel 110 and the heat insulating material 140 to the one wall panel 110 by the support 130, the connector 120 is one wall panel 110 ), And the process of fastening the other wall panel 110 to the connector 120 may be performed by varying the front and rear according to construction conditions.

Finally, the step of installing the extruded inner partition wall structure 100 by the assembly of the completed connector is installed on the glass (S30).
