도 2a는 도 1의 펌프용 로터에 채용한 이너 로터의 치형 창성 방법의 설명도이다.
도 2b는 위의 동일한 방법에 의한 치선 창성 원의 중심의 이동 상태를 도시하는 이미지도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 펌프용 로터에 채용한 아우터 로터의 치형 창성 방법의 설명도이다.
도 4는 도 1의 펌프용 로터를 채용한 내접 기어 펌프를 펌프 케이스의 커버를 벗긴 상태로 하여 도시하는 단면도이다.

Claims (3)
- 치수(齒數)가 N인 이너 로터(2)와 치수가 (N+1)인 아우터 로터(3)를 편심 배치로 하여 조합한 내접 기어 펌프용 로터로서,
이너 로터(2)와 아우터 로터(3)의 맞물림 위치(G)는 항상 편심축(CL)보다 로터의 회전 방향 후방에 있도록 하고,
이너 로터(2)와 아우터 로터(3)의 맞물림 피치 직경(φD)의 최대치(φDmax)에 대하여,
φDmax<1.7 eㆍsin(π/180)/sin{π/(180ㆍN)} … (식 1)
[여기서, e : 이너 로터와 아우터 로터의 편심량
N : 이너 로터의 치수]
의 관계식을 만족하는 내접 기어 펌프용 로터. - 삭제
- 내접 기어식 펌프로서,
제1항에 기재된 펌프용 로터(1)와,
펌프 케이스(5)를 포함하고
상기 펌프 케이스는, 상기 펌프용 로터를 수용하는 펌프실(9)과, 흡입 포트(7)와 토출 포트(8)를 갖는 것인 내접 기어식 펌프.
