Abstract
따라서, 일립소이들 스포트라이트에서 사용되는 광원의 수명을 대폭 연장시킬 수 있고, 전력 사용량 및 그에 따른 비용을 대폭 줄일 수 있어 경제성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한 별도의 컬러 필름을 사용하지 않고도 COB LED를 통해 다양한 색상의 빛을 원활히 연출할 수 있어 제품의 상품성과 신뢰도를 대폭 증대시킬 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 전면에 투광창이 구비된 빛 조사부와 손잡이가 구비된 후방의 광원 설치부가 상호 분리 또는 개폐 가능하게 결합된 본체와; 상기 본체의 광원 설치부에 각도 조절 가능하게 힌지를 통해 결합됨은 물론 상면에는 스포트라이트 고정용 클램프가 구비된 각도 조절겸 고정구와; 상기 본체의 광원 설치부 내에 착탈 가능하게 설치되어 무대 조명에 필요한 빛을 발생시켜 주는 광원부;로 구성된 일립소이들 스포트라이트에 있어서,
상기 광원부를,
히트파이프형 방열수단의 전면부에서 수직방향으로 설치되는 전면 프레임에 고정 설치되어 전원 공급부의 출력전압 및 제어부에서 출력되는 제어신호에 부응하여 무대조명에 필요한 소정컬러의 빛을 발생시켜 주는 COB(Chip On Board) LED와;
서포터들을 통해 전면 프레임의 전방부에서 일정거리를 두고 고정 설치되어 상기 COB LED에서 조사되는 빛을 빛 조사부의 투광창 측으로 집광시켜 주는 집광 렌즈부와;
냉매가 충진된 히트 파이프와 방열핀을 일체로 구비하고 상기 COB LED의 배면에 밀착된 형태로 설치되어 COB LED에서 발생되는 열을 방열시켜 주는 히트파이프형 방열수단과;
상기 COB LED의 배면에 설치되어 본체의 빛 조사부와 광원 설치부 사이에 형성된 공기 유입공을 통해 외부 공기를 강제로 끌어들여 히트파이프형 방열수단 측으로 송풍시켜 주는 방열수단 냉각용 메인 송풍팬과;
상기 전면 프레임과 소정거리를 두고 다수의 서포터 및 스크류를 통해 일체로 고정 설치된 후면 프레임 내측에 고정 설치되어 COB LED의 구동에 필요한 직류전압을 공급해 주는 전원 공급부와;
상기 후면 프레임의 내측에 고정 설치되어 COB LED에 대한 컬러 및 무빙 제어신호를 발생시켜 주는 제어부와;
상기 후면 프레임의 외측에 고정 설치되어 광원 설치부 내의 더운 공기를 외부로 강제 배출시켜 주는 배기용 메인 송풍팬과;
다수의 공기 배출공이 천공된 형태를 갖고 상기 배기용 메인 송풍팬을 감싸는 형태를 갖고 후면 프레임에 고정 설치되어 광원 설치부 내의 공기가 배출되도록 함과 동시에 외부에서 연결되는 전원선 연결단자와 제어신호 및 통신선 연결단자가 설치되는 후면 커버;로 구성하고,
상기 집광 렌즈부는,
소정지름을 갖는 원통형 캡과;
상기 원통형 캡의 일측 개구부에 설치되어 COB LED에서 조사되는 빛을 직선방향으로 1차 집광시켜 양 볼록 렌즈 측으로 전달하는 비구면 집광 렌즈와;
상기 원통형 캡의 타측 개구부에 설치되어 비구면 집광 렌즈를 통해 직선으로 1차 집광된 빛을 빛 조사부의 투광창 중심점에 맞춰주는 양 볼록 렌즈;로 구성하며,
상기 전면 프레임의 주연부에는 외부 공기를 흡입하여 히트파이프형 방열수단의 방열핀에 집중적으로 공급시켜 주는 복수의 방열수단 냉각용 보조 송풍팬을 정해진 간격을 두고 설치하되, 상기 방열수단 냉각용 보조 송풍팬들은 히트파이프형 방열수단을 향해 소정각도로 경사지게 설치하고,
상기 후면 프레임의 주연부에는 광원 설치부 내의 공기를 강제로 배기시켜 주는 복수의 배기용 보조 송풍팬을 정해진 간격을 두고 설치하되, 상기 배기용 보조 송풍팬들은 후면 커버의 공기 배출공 측을 향해 소정각도로 경사지게 설치하며,
상기 히트파이프형 방열수단의 일측에는 히트파이프형 방열수단의 온도를 실시간으로 검출하여 제어부로 전달하는 온도센서를 설치하고, 상기 제어부로 하여금 상기 온도센서에서 검출되는 온도에 대응하여 상기 방열수단 냉각용 메인 송풍팬과 배기용 메인 송풍팬의 회전속도를 자동 제어하도록 하며,
상기 방열수단 냉각용 보조 송풍팬 또는 배기용 보조 송풍팬들의 회전속도와 작동개수를 상기 온도센서에서 검출하는 히트파이프형 방열수단의 온도에 대응하여 임으로 자동 제어하도록 하고,
상기 후면 커버에는 일립소이들 스포트라이트의 작동상태를 표시해주는 디스플레이부와; 사용자가 일립소이들 스포트라이트의 제어에 필요한 소정의 키 신호를 입력시킬 수 있는 키 입력부;를 구비시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드 조명형 일립소이들 스포트라이트. - 삭제
