Claims (11)
- 실리케이트를 함유하는 칼슘 카보네이트 광석을 처리하는 반전 포말 부유선별 방법(reverse froth flotation process)으로서,상기 방법은 1 이상의 부유선별 단계들을 포함하며, 전체 부유선별 단계에서 2 이상의 컬렉터(collectors)가 사용되며, 상기 컬렉터 중 1 이상의 컬렉터는 서브그룹인 지방 디-저급-알킬(fatty di-lower-alkyl) 벤질 4급 암모늄 화합물 및 디-지방 디-저급-알킬 4급 암모늄 화합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 나머지 컬렉터 중의 1 이상의 컬렉터는 상기 서브그룹들 중의 상기 선택된 서브그룹과는 다른 서브그룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 저급은 1 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 지방족기를 의미하고, 상기 지방은 8 내지 36개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 지방족기를 의미하는, 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제1 서브그룹으로부터의 1 이상의 컬렉터는 제1 단계에서 사용되며 또 다른 서브그룹의 1 이상의 다른 컬렉터는 제2 단계에서 사용되는 2 이상의 단계들을 포함하며, 각 단계는 2 이상의 서브단계들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,여기서 R1은 8-36개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족기를 나타내며; 상기 지방족기는 불포화이거나 1 이상의 히드록실기로 치환될 수 있으며,R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 벤질 및 저급-알킬기로부터 선택되되, 2 이상의 탄소 원자가 존재하는 경우 1 이상의 히드록실기로 치환될 수 있으며,A는 음이온성 반대이온이며,x는 반대이온의 전하이나,단, R2, R3 및 R4 중 하나는 벤질인 것을 특징으로 하는 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,지방 디-저급-알킬 벤질 4급 암모늄 화합물로부터 선택된 컬렉터가 특정 단계에서 사용되고, 디-지방 디-저급-알킬 4급 암모늄 화합물로부터 선택된 컬렉터는 그 이후의 단계에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광석의 미터톤(MT)당 전체량 50-2,000 g의 컬렉터가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컬렉터의 수-용해도보다 낮은 수-용해도를 갖는 첨가제가 사용되어 칼슘 카보네이트보다 더 소수성인 오염물질을 광석으로부터 제거하는데 도움을 주는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,광석의 미터톤 당 10-2,000 g의 첨가제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,처리된 광석은 d80이 0.3 mm 이하가 되도록 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반전 포말 부유선별 방법.
