Claims (12)
- 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법으로서,
0.1∼70중량%의 미네랄 바인더 및 1∼75중량%의 충전재를 함유하는 빌딩 재료 코팅제를, 스프레이 노즐에 의해 분무하여 빌딩 재료 코팅제 스트림을 형성하는 단계,
상기 빌딩 재료 코팅제 스트림 내에 하나 이상의 섬유를 도입하는 단계, 및
얻어지는 섬유-개질형 빌딩 재료 코팅제 스트림을 기재에 부딪히게 하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 섬유는 15∼75중량%의 양으로 사용되고,
상기 빌딩 재료 코팅제는 에틸렌형 불포화 모노머를 기재로 하는 하나 이상의 폴리머를 7∼90중량% 함유하고,
각각의 경우에 상기 중량% 수치는 상기 빌딩 재료 코팅제의 건조 중량을 기준으로 하는
섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
유기 섬유 또는 무기 섬유의 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 섬유가 상기 섬유로서 사용되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유가 0.1㎛ 내지 무한대의 길이를 가지는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상이한 길이를 가진 섬유가 사용되고, 상기 섬유들의 길이의 비가 1:100 내지 1:1.1인, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 미네랄 바인더가, 시멘트, 비산회, 마이크로실리카, 수화 석회, 백색 수화 석회 및 석고로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
비닐 에스테르, (메트)아크릴산 에스테르, 비닐방향족, 올레핀, 1,3-디엔 및 비닐 할라이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 모노머를 기재로 하는 폴리머가 사용되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 하이-폴리머-함유 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조에 사용되고, 이때 상기 빌딩 재료 코팅제의 건조 중량 기준으로, 10∼95중량%의 폴리머가 사용되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 하이-폴리머-함유 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조에 사용되고, 이때 상기 하이-폴리머-함유 빌딩 제료 코팅제의 건조 중량 기준으로, 0.1∼20중량%의 미네랄 바인더가 사용되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 섬유 보강형 모르타르 코팅의 제조에 사용되고, 이때 상기 빌딩 재료 코팅제의 건조 중량 기준으로, 7∼20중량%의 폴리머가 사용되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 섬유 보강형 모르타르 코팅의 제조에 사용되고, 이때 상기 모르타르 코팅제의 건조 중량 기준으로, 5∼40중량%의 미네랄 바인더가 사용되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제방(embankment), 터널, 광산, 채널, 외부 단열 및 마감 처리 시스템의 건설, 또는 토양, 벽, 지붕, 금속 지지체, 튜브의 코팅, 또는 콘크리트의 재단장(refurbishment), 또는 구조물의 보강에 사용되는, 섬유 보강형 빌딩 재료 코팅의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 빌딩 재료 코팅.
