Abstract
Description
도 2는 실험예 1에서 분화 전 및 분화 후 세포를 형광현미경으로 관찰한 사진이고,
도 3은 실험예 2에서 염색 후 시간 경과에 따른 제브라피쉬 지방세포분화를 형광현미경으로 관찰한 사진이고,
도 4는 실험예 2에서 염색 후 제브라피쉬의 기아상태에서의, 그리고 먹이 재공급에 따른 지방 조직의 변화를 형광현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.
도 5는 실시예 4의 화합물을 통한 미분화된 3T3-L1 세포에 대한 사진 (A, A'), 분화된 3T3-L1 세포에 대한 실시예 4의 화합물 염색 사진(B, B') 및 분화된 3T3-L1 세포에 대한 Nile Red의 염색 사진(C, C')를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 R1이 메톡시, 알릴옥시, 벤질옥시 또는 메톡시페닐이고, 상기 R2가 메틸, 에틸 또는 이소프로필이고, 상기 R3 및 R4가 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 프로필, 헥실, 알릴, 프로파길, 2-부테닐, 3-메틸부트-2-에닐, 벤질 또는 사이클로프로필메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 3-인돌리논 유도체 또는 그의 염.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
하기 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3-인돌리논 유도체 또는 그의 염:
에틸 1,2-디알릴-5-메톡시-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 1,2-디((E)-부트-2-에닐)-5-메톡시-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 5-메톡시-1,2-비스(3-메틸부트-2-에닐)-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 1-알릴-5-메톡시-2-(3-메틸부트-2-에닐)-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
(E)-에틸 2-알릴-1-(부트-2-에닐)-5-메톡시-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 5-메톡시-3-옥소-1,2-디(프로프-2-이닐)인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 2-알릴-1-벤질-5-메톡시-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 1,2-디벤질-5-메톡시-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 2-알릴-5-메톡시-1-메틸-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 5-메톡시-1,2-디메틸-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 5-메톡시-3-옥소-1,2-디프로필인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 1,2-디헥실-5-메톡시-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 1,2-비스(사이클로프로필메틸)-5-메톡시-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 1,2-디알릴-5-(4-메톡시페닐)-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트;
에틸 1,2-디알릴-5-(벤질옥시)-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트; 및
에틸 1,2-디알릴-5-(알릴옥시)-3-옥소인돌린-2-카복실레이트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 3-인돌리논 유도체 또는 그의 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 형광염색용 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 3-인돌리논 유도체 또는 그의 염을 1 내지 100 μM의 농도로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광염색용 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물이 지방을 형광염색하는 데에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광염색용 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물이 생체를 진단하는 데에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광염색용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 3-인돌리논 유도체 또는 그의 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 지질 검출용 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 3-인돌리논 유도체 또는 그의 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 대사증후군 진단용 키트.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 대사증후군은 비만, 고혈압, 동맥경화, 고지혈증, 간질환, 과인슐린혈증, 과혈당증, 1형 및 2형 당뇨병, 인슐린 내성을 특징으로 하는 이상지혈증, 발기부전, 심혈관계질환 및 허혈성질환을 포함하는 것인 대사증후군 진단용 키트.
