- 누에고치를 정련하여 세리신을 제거한 후 실크 피브로인을 얻는 제1단계;
상기 제1단계에서 생성된 실크 피브로인에 염을 포함한 에탄올수용액으로 용해시킨 후, 염과 에탄올을 제거하여 염과 에탄올이 제거된 실크 피브로인 수용액을 준비하는 제2단계;
4-헥실레조르시놀(hexylresorcinol)을 에탄올로 용해시켜 4-헥실레조르시놀 에탄올용액을 준비하는 제3단계;
상기 제2단계에서 준비된 상기 실크 피브로인 수용액과 상기 제3단계에서 준비된 4-헥실레조르시놀 에탄올용액을 혼합하되, 상기 실크 피브로인 수용액은 95~97중량% 포함되며, 4-헥실레조르시놀 에탄올용액은 3~5중량%로 포함되도록 혼합하여 치과용 차폐막 조성물을 제조하는 제4단계 및,
상기 제4단계에서 제조된 치과용 차폐막 조성물에 생체적용물질인 콜라겐, 젤라틴, 키틴, 키토산, 케라틴, 셀룰로오스, 피브로넥틴, 엘라스틴, 피브리노겐, 피브로모듈린, 라미닌, 테나신, 비트로넥틴, 알지네이트, 히알루론산, 실크 프로테인, 아가로스, 폴리락산(polylactic acid; PLA), 폴리글리콜산(polyglycolic acid; PGA), 폴리락산과 폴리글리콜산의 공중합체(PLGA), 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone; PCL), 폴리{폴리(에틸렌옥사이드)테레프탈레이트-co-부틸렌테레프탈레이트}(PEOT/PBT), 폴리포스포에스터(polyphosphoester; PPE), 폴리포스파젠(PPA), 폴리안하이드라이드(Polyanhydride; PA), 폴리오르쏘에스터{polyortho ester; POE}, 플루로닉(pluronic) 127, 글리세린, 폴리(프로필렌푸마레이트)-디아크릴레이트{poly(propylene fumarate)-diacrylate; PPF-DA} 및 폴리에틸렌글라이콜디아크릴레이트{polyethylene glycol diacrylate; PEG-DA} 중 어느 하나 이상을 상기 조성물의 10~30중량%를 넣고 농축한 후, 이를 평평한 용기에 붓고 건조하여 치과용 차폐막을 제조하는 제5단계;를 포함하여,
상기 치과용 차폐막의 적용 전과 대비하여 골 결손부에서 뼈의 생성이 더 높은 것이 특징인,
