도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 삼차원 물체 제조장치에 대한 개념도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 삼차원 물체 제조방법에 대한 순서도이다.
도 4 내지 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 삼차원 물체 제조장치가 작동되어, 삼차원 물체 제조방법이 순차적으로 실시되는 것이 나타난 개념도이다.

Claims (6)
- 분말을 기설정된 속도로 분사하여 작업대(W)에 분말층(m)을 적층시키는 분사노즐(20);
상기 분사노즐(20)에 상기 분말을 공급하는 분말공급부(30);
상기 분사노즐(20)에 고압가스를 공급하여 상기 분사노즐(20)에서 기설정된 속도로 상기 분말을 분사시키도록 하는 가스공급부(50);
상기 분사노즐(20)의 일측에 구비되어 상기 분사노즐(20)에 공급된 상기 분말을 가열하는 가열부(60);
상기 작업대(W)에 적층된 상기 분말층(m) 소결시키는 분말소결장치(70); 및
상기 분사노즐(20), 분말공급부(30), 가스공급부(50), 가열부(60) 또는 분말소결장치(70) 중 적어도 하나를 제어하는 제어부(10);를 포함하고,
상기 분사노즐(20)은 상기 제어부(10)의 제어에 따라 삼차원 물체의 캐드 데이터를 그대로 이용하여 분말을 선택적으로 적층시킴으로써 층별 순서에 관계없이 형성하고자 하는 부분을 먼저 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 물체 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분말은 표면이 접착수지로 코팅된 삼차원 물체 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분사노즐(20)은 상기 분말을 아음속으로 분사하는 삼차원 물체 제조장치.
- 분사노즐(20)에 표면이 접착수지로 코팅된 분말을 공급하는 분말공급단계(S10);
상기 분사노즐(20)에 구비된 가열부(60)를 구동하여 상기 분사노즐(20)에 공급된 상기 분말을 가열하는 가열단계(S20);
삼차원 물체의 캐드 데이터에 대응되게 상기 분사노즐(20)의 위치를 제어하여 상기 분말을 기설정된 속도로 작업대(W)에 분사하여 분말층(m)으로 적층시키는 분사단계(S30); 및
분말소결장치(70)를 구동하여 상기 분말층(m)을 소결시키는 소결단계(S40);를 포함하고,
상기 분사단계(S30)는 삼차원 물체의 캐드 데이터를 그대로 이용하여 분말을 선택적으로 적층시킴으로써 층별 순서에 관계없이 형성하고자 하는 부분을 먼저 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 물체 제조방법.

- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 분사단계(S30)와 상기 소결단계(S40) 사이에는, 상기 작업대(W)에 적층된 상기 분말층(m)을 가열시키는 예열단계(S37)를 더 포함하는 삼차원 물체 제조방법.
