Claims (8)
- 광 흡수에 의해 전하를 생성하는 광기전력 발생부;상기 광기전력 발생부에서 생성된 광기전력을 외부 부하로 출력하기 위해 상기 광기전력 발생부의 상,하면에 각각 구비되고 서로 다른 극성을 갖는 제1 및 제2 전극;상기 광기전력 발생부에서 흡수되지 않는 자외선을 가시광선으로 변환하여 상기 광기전력 발생부로 다시 제공하기 위해 상기 제1 및 제2 전극의 일측 방향에 형성된 변환층;상기 변환층에 대응하여 구비되어 상기 광기전력 발생부로 전기장을 인가하기 위한 바이어스 전극; 및상기 변환층과 상기 바이어스 전극 사이에 구비되어 상기 바이어스 전극을 전기적으로 절연시키기 위한 절연막;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변환층에서 발생되는 가시광선을 상기 광기전력 발생부로 반사시키는 반사막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양전지.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광기전력 발생부는진성의 비정질계 반도체막과 진성의 미세결정계 반도체막이 교대적으로 반복된 다중 레이어 구조의 광 흡수층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광기전력 발생부는진성 박막을 갖는 이종 접합(Heterojunction with Intrinsic Thin-layer: HIT) 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전극은 집적된 후면 접촉(Integrated backside contact: IBC) 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광기전력 발생부는 하나의 다공성 반사 방지막 또는 둘 이상의 다공성 반사 방지막이 중첩된 다중 레이어 구조의 반사 방지막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양 전지.
