Claims (12)
- 두께가 100 ㎛ 이하이고,
필름 폭 방향에 있어서의, 상기 필름 폭 방향의 단위 거리당의 상기 필름 폭 방향과 직교하는 방향의 열수축률 변화량 x [%/m] 의 절대값의 최대값 X [%/m] 와,
상기 x 의 필름 폭 방향의 단위 거리당의 변화율 y 의 절대값의 최대값 Y [%/㎡] 가,
하기 식 (I) 및 (II) 를 만족하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
0.01 < X < 2.00 … (I)
0.1 < Y < 20.0 … (II) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필름 폭 방향의 중앙부에 있어서의 상기 필름 폭 방향과 직교하는 방향의 열수축률이 0.01 % 이상 3 % 이하인 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필름 폭 방향에 있어서의 상기 필름 폭 방향과 직교하는 방향의 열수축률의 불균일이 0.01 % 이상 0.5 % 이하인 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 필름 폭 방향에 있어서의 시차 주사 열량 측정 (DSC) 으로 측정되는 프레피크 온도의 불균일이 0.5 ℃ 이상 10 ℃ 이하인 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르 필름의 고유 점도가 0.55 ㎗/g 이상 0.90 ㎗/g 이하인 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르 필름의 말단 카르복실기의 양이 5 eq/톤 이상 35 eq/톤 이하인 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
3 관능 이상의 다관능 모노머에서 유래된 구성 단위의 함유 비율이, 폴리에스테르 필름 중의 폴리에스테르의 전체 구성 단위에 대하여, 0.005 몰% 이상 2.5 몰% 이하인 폴리에스테르 필름. - 폴리에스테르 원료 수지를 시트상으로 용융 압출하고, 캐스팅 드럼 상에서 냉각시켜 폴리에스테르 필름을 성형하는 필름 성형 공정과,
성형된 상기 폴리에스테르 필름을 길이 방향으로 종연신하는 종연신 공정과,
상기 종연신 후의 폴리에스테르 필름을 연신 가능한 온도로 예열하는 예열부, 예열된 상기 폴리에스테르 필름을 상기 길이 방향과 직교하는 폭 방향으로 긴장을 부여하여 횡연신하는 연신부, 상기 종연신 및 상기 횡연신을 실시한 후의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름을 가열하여 결정화시켜 열고정시키는 열고정부, 상기 열고정된 폴리에스테르 필름을 가열하여, 폴리에스테르 필름의 긴장을 완화하여 필름의 잔류 변형을 제거하는 열완화부, 그리고 열완화 후의 폴리에스테르 필름을 냉각시키는 냉각부에, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름을 이 순서로 반송하고, 상기 종연신 후의 폴리에스테르 필름을 상기 길이 방향에 직교하는 폭 방향으로 횡연신하는 횡연신 공정을 포함하고,
상기 열고정부 및 상기 열완화부 중 적어도 일방에 있어서, 상기 폭 방향의 폴리에스테르 필름의 단부를 히터에 의해 선택적으로 복사 가열하고, 또한 상기 냉각부에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 필름의 표면 온도를 150 ℃ 에서 70 ℃ 까지 냉각시킬 때의 필름 폭 방향 단부에 있어서의 평균 냉각 속도를, 필름 폭 방향의 중앙부에 있어서의 평균 냉각 속도의 1.01 배 ∼ 2 배로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 복사 가열은 세라믹제 히터로 실시하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 횡연신 공정에 있어서의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 폭이 최대가 될 때의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 폭 (L1) 과, 상기 냉각부로부터 상기 폴리에스테르 필름이 떨어지는 상기 냉각부의 단부에 있어서의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 폭 (L2) 이, 하기 식 (1) 을 만족하고, 또한
상기 예열부에 있어서의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 반송 속도 (S1) 와, 상기 냉각부의 상기 단부에 있어서의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 반송 속도 (S2) 가, 하기 식 (2) 를 만족하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 횡연신 공정은, 상기 예열부, 상기 연신부, 상기 열고정부, 상기 열완화부, 및 상기 냉각부를 구비하고, 상기 예열부에 있어서 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 폭 방향의 양단부를, 편단부에 대해, 적어도 2 개의 파지 부재를 사용하여 파지하고, 상기 예열부로부터 상기 냉각부까지 상기 폴리에스테르 필름을 반송하는 2 축 연신 장치를 사용하고,
상기 예열부에 있어서의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 폭 방향의 편단부를 파지하는 상기 파지 부재와, 그 파지 부재에 인접하는 파지 부재의 간격보다, 상기 냉각부에 있어서의 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 폭 방향의 편단부를 파지하는 상기 파지 부재와, 그 파지 부재에 인접하는 파지 부재의 간격을 좁힘으로써, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 반송 속도를 작게 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각부에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 필름의 표면 온도를 150 ℃ 에서 70 ℃ 까지 냉각시킬 때의 평균 냉각 속도를, 2 ℃/초 ∼ 100 ℃/초의 범위로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
