Claims (9)
- 캔;
상기 캔의 내부에 수용되고, 양극탭과 음극탭이 형성되는 전극 조립체;
상기 캔의 개방된 상단을 밀봉하는 캡 플레이트; 및
상기 캔과 상기 캡 플레이트 사이에 구비되고, 상기 양극탭을 위한 양극탭홀, 상기 음극탭을 위한 음극탭홀 및 주액 함침을 위한 주액 함침홀이 형성되는 상부 절연체를 포함하며,
상기 양극탭홀, 상기 음극탭홀 및 상기 주액 함침홀은 각각, 상기 상부 절연체의 길이 방향으로 연장하여 상기 상부 절연체를 폭 방향으로 균분하는 선(a), 또는 상기 상부 절연체의 폭 방향으로 연장하여 상기 상부 절연체를 길이 방향으로 균분하는 선(b) 중의 적어도 어느 하나 이상에 대해 대칭되게 형성되고,
상기 양극탭홀, 상기 음극탭홀 및 상기 주액 함침홀은 상기 상부 절연체의 길이 또는 폭 방향으로 연장하여 상기 상부 절연체를 두께 방향으로 균분하는 선(c)에 대해서도 대칭되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음극탭홀은 상기 상부 절연체의 상면 중앙에 형성되고, 상기 주액 함침홀은 상기 음극탭홀을 사이에 두고 상기 상부 절연체의 길이 방향으로 양쪽에 복수 개가 형성되며, 상기 양극탭홀은 주액 함침홀을 사이에 두고 상기 상부 절연체의 폭 방향으로 양쪽에 하나 이상이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 상부 절연체의 상하면에는 테두리를 따라 보강편이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 보강편은 상기 상부 절연체의 길이 또는 폭 방향으로 연장하여 상기 상부 절연체를 두께 방향으로 균분하는 선(c)에 대해 대칭되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 양극탭홀은 상기 상부 절연체의 폭 방향으로 개방되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 양극탭홀에는 양극탭홀을 마감하는 절개부재가 형성되며,
상기 절개부재는 일부가 양극탭홀에 절개 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 절개부재는 상부 절연체 제작시 일체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 음극탭홀은 각형으로 형성되고,
상기 주액 함침홀은 원형 또는 타원형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 구조.
