Abstract
Description

도 4는 상부 소각 구역이 2개의 하위단을 갖고 하부 소각 구역이 3개의 하위단을 갖는, 상부 소각 구역 및 하부 소각 구역을 갖는 재생기를 통해 흐르는 촉매의 재생을 위한 재생 구역 및 순환 산화 기체 스트림을 도시한다.
Claims (10)
- 탈수소화 촉매를 재생하는 방법으로서,
상기 촉매를 재생 반응기의 제1 단(stage)으로 이동시켜서 중간 촉매 스트림을 생성하는 단계로서, 상기 촉매는 제1 단 내에서 제1 재생 가스 스트림에 의해 제1 세트의 연소 조건으로 처리되는 것인 단계,
상기 중간 촉매 스트림을 재생 반응기의 제2 단으로 이동시켜서 제2 중간 촉매 스트림을 생성하는 단계로서, 상기 촉매는 제2 단 내에서 제2 재생 가스 스트림의 제1 부분에 의해 제2 세트의 연소 조건으로 처리되는 것인 단계, 및
상기 제2 중간 촉매 스트림을 재생 반응기의 제3 단으로 이동시켜서 재생된 촉매 스트림을 생성하는 단계로서, 상기 촉매는 제3 단 내에서 제2 재생 가스 스트림의 제2 부분에 의해 제3 세트의 연소 조건으로 처리되는 것인 단계
를 포함하고, 여기서 제1 재생 가스 스트림과 제2 재생 가스 스트림은 독립적 가스 라인들을 통해 공급되는 독립적 스트림들이고,
제1 세트의 연소 조건은 최대 2 부피%의 유입구 산소 함량을 갖는 제1 재생 가스를 통과시키는 것을 포함하고, 제2 세트의 연소 조건은 최대 10 부피%의 산소 함량을 갖는 제2 재생 가스를 통과시키는 것을 포함하며, 제2 재생 가스에서의 산소 함량이 제1 재생 가스에서의 산소 함량보다 더 큰 것인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 재생된 촉매 스트림을 염소화 구역으로 이동시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 세트의 연소 조건은 450℃ 내지 600℃의 유입구 가스 온도를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 세트의 연소 조건은 450℃ 내지 600℃의 유입구 가스 온도를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 세트의 연소 조건은 제1 유입구 가스 온도를 포함하고, 제2 세트의 연소 조건은 제2 유입구 가스 온도를 포함하며, 제1 유입구 가스 온도는 제2 유입구 가스 온도와 동일하거나 더 낮은 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 세트의 연소 조건은 제2 유입구 가스 온도를 포함하고, 제3 세트의 연소 조건은 제3 유입구 가스 온도를 포함하며, 제2 유입구 가스 온도는 제3 유입구 가스 온도와 동일하거나 더 높은 것인 방법.
