도 1a 및 도 1b는 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 디젤 차량의 배기가스 정화장치를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 디젤 차량의 배기가스 정화장치의 작용을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기가스 중의 질소산화물을 저감하기 위한 디젤 차량의 배기가스 정화장치로서,
배기라인 상에 구성되는 하우징;
상기 하우징의 내부에 배치되며, 담체에 촉매가 코팅된 코팅 영역과 촉매가 코팅되지 않은 비코팅 영역으로 이루어지는 디젤 산화 촉매; 및
상기 하우징의 내부에서 상기 디젤 산화 촉매의 후단에 배치되는 디젤 입자상 물질 필터;를 포함하며,
상기 디젤 산화 촉매는 비코팅 영역이 원형 담체의 가장자리 내측에 형성되고, 상기 디젤 산화 촉매에는 배기 온도에 반응하여 비코팅 영역을 선택적으로 개폐시키기 위한 개폐수단이 구성되며,
상기 개폐수단은 비코팅 영역을 선택적으로 개폐하는 커버와, 상기 커버에 연결되며 배기 온도에 따라 변형하는 바이메탈 지지체를 포함하고,
상기 바이메탈 지지체는 200℃ 이상에서 커버를 이동시키며 비코팅 영역을 개방하여, 배기가스 중의 THC 일부가 상기 디젤 산화 촉매의 코팅 영역에서 반응하며 산화되고, 나머지 THC와 CO가 상기 디젤 산화 촉매의 비코팅 영역을 통과하여 디젤 입자상 물질 필터로 공급되되, 상기 디젤 입자상 물질 필터에서는 산화되지 않은 나머지 THC와 CO가 질소산화물과 반응하여 N2로 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 차량의 배기가스 정화장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 개폐수단은 상기 비코팅 영역의 전단 혹은 후단에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 차량의 배기가스 정화장치. - 삭제
