Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 바이오 칩 구조체는, 판상 구조의 제1 기판부와, 상기 제1 기판부의 일면에서 돌출되는 복수의 필라부를 가지는 필라 구조체; 및 판상 구조의 제2 기판부와, 상기 제2 기판부의 일면에서 소정 깊이로 형성되어 상기 필라 구조체의 복수의 필라부가 각각 삽입되는 복수의 웰부를 가지는 웰 구조체를 포함하고, 상기 웰부는, 800㎛ 이상 1500㎛ 이하의 범위에 해당하는 직경을 가지고, 상기 웰부에 삽입되는 필라부는, 상기 웰부 직경에 대한 직경 비가 0.3 이상 0.58 이하의 범위에 해당하는 직경을 가짐으로써, 바이오 칩의 고밀도화를 가능하게 하면서도, 필라부 삽입 시 웰부 내부의 수용 액체에 기포가 발생하는 현상을 방지한다.

Claims (3)
- 판상 구조의 제1 기판부와, 상기 제1 기판부의 일면에서 돌출되어 말단부에 시료가 배치되는 복수의 필라부를 가지는 필라 구조체; 및
판상 구조의 제2 기판부와, 상기 제2 기판부의 일면에서 소정 깊이로 형성되어 상기 필라 구조체의 복수의 필라부가 각각 삽입되는 복수의 웰부를 가지는 웰 구조체를 포함하고,
상기 웰부에 삽입되는 필라부는, 상기 웰부의 직경에 대한 직경 비가 0.3 이상 0.58 이하의 범위에 해당하는 직경을 가지고,
상기 웰부의 직경은, 800㎛ 이상 1500㎛ 이하의 범위에 해당하고,
상기 필라 구조체는, 상기 제1 기판부와 상기 필라부 사이에 상기 필라부의 직경보다 크고 상기 웰부의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 단차부를 포함하는 바이오 칩 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바이오 칩 구조체는, 상기 필라 구조체와 상기 웰 구조체 사이에 위치하여, 상기 필라 구조체와 상기 웰 구조체 간의 결합 시 상기 웰부가 밀폐되는 것을 방지하는 스페이서 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 칩 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단차부는, 상기 필라부 및 상기 단차부가 상기 웰부에 삽입되는 경우 상기 웰부 내부 공기의 배출을 유도하는 공기 배출 홈부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 칩 구조체.
