Claims (8)
- 복수개의 열처리 로에서 배출된 다량의 배기 가스가 발생되는 배기가스 발생부에서 발생된 배기가스가 유입되는 배기가스 유입구와, 저수조에 저장된 저장수가 유입되는 저수조 유입구가 형성되어 상기 배기가스와 저장수가 서로 간에 혼합되면서 기포가 생성되는 본체부; 및
상기 본체부의 내부에 위치된 회전축을 통해 회전되고 상기 저장수가 원자력 발전소에 사용되는 스틸 구조물 또는 각종 금형틀과 같은 열처리 대상물에 대한 열처리 작업을 위해 냉각수로 사용되는 물이 저장된 급냉 탱크 유닛으로 이송되기 이전에 저장수에 포함된 기포를 미세 기포로 변환시켜 상기 급냉 탱크 유닛으로 공급되는 저장수에 포함된 미세 기포에 잔존하는 용존 산소를 최소화 하기 위한 메쉬 유닛을 포함하되,
상기 메쉬 유닛은 상기 회전축의 축 방향을 따라서 복수 개가 한 쌍으로 구성되고 등 간격으로 이격되어 순차적으로 배치되며 프로펠러 형태로 이루어진 제1 내지 제n단위 메쉬부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 내지 제n단위 메쉬부는 상기 제1 단위 메쉬부에서 상기 제n단위 메쉬부로 갈수록 단위 격자들의 간격이 조밀하게 이루어지며,
상기 제1 내지 제n단위 메쉬부는 외형이 프로펠러 형태로 이루어진 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 전면과 후면에 각각 마주보는 상태로 장착된 단위 메쉬망이 탈착 가능하게 설치되며,
상기 급냉 탱크 유닛은 하부에 메쉬 유닛을 경유한 저장수가 유입되도록 형성된 저장수 유입구와, 상기 급냉 탱크 유닛의 저장수 유입구 상부에 가로로 배치되고 제n 메쉬 간격을 갖는 보조 메쉬 망에 의해 상기 급냉 탱크 유닛의 내부에서 미세 기포 형태가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기포 발생기.
