Claims (5)
- 양방향 회전운동을 단방향 회전운동으로 변환하는 양방향 회전운동 컨버터(bidirectional rotary motion converter);
부유체의 상하운동의 관성을 보충하기 위하여 상기 양방향 회전운동 컨버터에 연결된 입력 샤프트(input shaft)의 일단에 장착된 2개의 유압 플라이휠(hydraulic flywheel);
발전기 토크(torque)에 의해 유도된 저항성 부하(resistive load)를 제어하기 위하여 상기 양방향 회전운동 컨버터에 연결된 출력 샤프트(output shaft)의 일단에 장착된 플라이휠 및 발전기 사이에 연결된 CVT(continuously variable transmission);
상기 유압 플라이휠 및 상기 CVT를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 유압 플라이휠은,
상기 입력 샤프트에 직접 연결된 단방향 회전연결장치(one way rotary coupling);
유체의 압력에 따라 상기 유체가 유입 혹은 배출되는 유압 챔버(hydraulic chamber);
상기 유체의 유입 혹은 배출에 따른 유체량의 급격한 변화를 완충하는 역할을 하는 가스 챔버(gas chamber);
상기 유압 챔버 내의 상기 유체의 압력을 측정하는 압력 센서; 및
상기 유체를 상기 유압 챔버로 공급하거나 혹은 상기 유압 챔버로부터 배출시키는 회전결합체(rotary union);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변관성과 CVT를 이용한 고효율 파력 발전기. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 부유체의 상하운동의 관성은,
상기 유체량을 변화시켜서 상기 유압 챔버의 부피를 조정하고, 상기 유압 챔버의 부피가 변함에 따라 상기 유압 플라이휠의 관성이 변하는 것을 통하여 보충되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변관성과 CVT를 이용한 고효율 파력 발전기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 CVT는, 상기 플라이휠이 상기 출력 샤프트로부터 전달받은 토크를 벨트를 이용하여 상기 발전기로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변관성과 CVT를 이용한 고효율 파력 발전기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 유압 플라이휠의 압력센서로부터 유압 챔버의 내부 압력에 관한 압력정보 신호를, 상기 발전기에 연결된 토크변환기(torque transducer)로부터 상기 발전기 토크에 관한 토크정보 신호를 개별적으로 수신하고, 상기 유압 플라이휠 및 상기 CVT로 제어신호를 개별적으로 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변관성과 CVT를 이용한 고효율 파력 발전기.
