Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트에 균열이 발생 시 침투하는 물과 시멘트의 입자들과 반응하여 변형된 규산칼슘수화물 결정체를 형성하여 균열을 채우는 것 외에, 물과 반응 시 생성되는 복합촉매가 변형된 규산칼슘수화물 결정체를 계속적으로 형성하도록 촉진함으로써, 콘크리트에 균열의 발생 시 영구적으로 자가치유가 가능하며, 콘크리트의 강도가 증가되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 결정질 석영을 은미정질 석영보다 더 많이 배합하고 15~25℃/min의 승온속도로 가열 후 소성처리 함으로써 강도와 방청기능이 더욱 우수한 방수제를 만들 수 있는 효과가 있다.
나아가, 탈크 및 스테아린산아연을 혼합함으로써 분체의 응집 억제와 균일한 분산성을 확보함과 동시에 보관시 저장성이 매우 우수하며 배합된 콘크리트의 슬럼프 유지성능에 영향을 미치지 않는다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 자가치유 기능이 개선된 결정체 성장형 콘크리트 혼입용 분말형 구체방수제가 적용된 콘크리트의 품질시험성적서이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 자가치유 기능이 개선된 결정체 성장형 콘크리트 혼입용 분말형 구체방수제를 적용하여 철근의 부식을 시험한 방청시험성적서이다.
도 4는 자가치유 기능이 개선된 결정체 성장형 콘크리트 혼입용 분말형 구체방수제의 제조방법의 순서도이다.
Claims (11)
- 혼합기에서 시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 직경 150mesh 이하의 규사 60~85중량부를 600rpm으로 20분간 혼합하고, 결정질 석영과 은미정질 석영을 배합한 후 고온 처리된 석영 15~25중량부를 600rpm으로 30분간 추가 혼합하고, 탈크(talc) 2~5중량부 및 스테아린산아연(Zinc Stearate) 2~5중량부를 600rpm으로 40분간 추가 혼합하되,
상기 탈크와 스테아린산아연은 입도가 200~325 mesh 이며, 상기 결정질 석영과 은미정질 석영을 4 : 3의 비율로 배합하며, 결정질 석영과 은미정질 석영을 4 : 3의 비율로 배합한 후 소성로에서 20℃/min의 승온속도로 가열하여 820 ℃의 온도가 되도록 한 후 40분 동안 소성 처리하고, 1450 ℃의 온도가 되도록 한 후 1시간 동안 소성 처리 후 변태한 석영 결정체를 직경 0.2mm 이하의 알갱이로 만들어서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가치유 기능이 개선된 결정체 성장형 콘크리트 혼입용 분말형 구체방수제.
