Abstract
Description
도 2는 예견된 DMRs의 Circos plotting과 유전자의 부위에 따른 저메틸화(hypo-)와 과메틸화 영역(hypermethylated region)의 상대적인 분포도를 나타내고 있다.
도 3은 산자수에 따른 DEG의 발현량 배수 변화(fold change), 확보된 DEG 개수, 및 산자수와의 연관성에 대해 보여주고 있다.
도 4는 산자수에 따른 분석에 의한 CG-DMR과 DEG에 대해 연관성을 보이는 유전자의 프로파일을 보여주고 있다.
Claims (5)
- 돼지의 PTGS1(Prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 1), PCDH1(protocadherin 1), SPP1(secreted phosphoprotein 1), TRIM3 (tripartite motif containing 3), F10 (coagulation factor X) 및 SLC38A10(solute carrier family 38 member 10) 유전자의 발현수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는, 돼지의 산자수 예측용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 흑돼지의 산자수를 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돼지의 산자수 예측용 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 조성물을 포함하는 돼지의 산자수 예측용 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 키트가 RT-PCR 키트, 마이크로어레이 칩 키트 또는 단백질 칩 키트인 돼지의 산자수 예측용 키트.
- 2마리 이상의 돼지로부터 mRNA를 추출하여 각 유전자의 발현량을 정량화하고 평균 발현량을 구하는 단계; 및
상기 정량화된 각 유전자에 있어서, PTGS1(Prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 1) 및 SPP1(secreted phosphoprotein 1)의 유전자가 상기 각 유전자의 평균 발현량보다 높게 발현되고, PCDH1(protocadherin 1), SPP1(secreted phosphoprotein 1), TRIM3 (tripartite motif containing 3), F10 (coagulation factor X) 및 SLC38A10(solute carrier family 38 member 10)의 유전자가 상기 각 유전자의 평균 발현량보다 적게 발현되는 경우를 산자수가 더 높은 돼지로 예측하는 단계를 포함하는 돼지의 산자수 예측방법.
