도 2는 본 발명에 따른 오이녹반 모자이크 바이러스 감염 수박종자의 선별 과정을 설명하기 위한 공정도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 FT-NIR 스펙트럼을 이용한 CGMMV 감염 수박종자 감염 여부 판별을 나타내는 그래프,
도 4는 CGMMV에 감염된 수박종자와 건전종자의 판별 모델의 파장별 가중치(beta coefficient)를 나타낸 도면.
Claims (7)
- 비파괴방법으로 오이녹반 모자이크 바이러스에 감염된 수박종자를 선별하는 방법으로서,
(a) 선별 대상 수박 종자의 분광 정보를 준비하는 단계,
(b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 준비된 분광 정보에 대해 기기 조건 및 외부 환경에 의해 변화된 데이터의 수치적 보정을 실행하는 단계,
(c) 바이러스에 감염된 감염종자는 임의의 값으로 1, 건전종자는 0으로 설정하여 바이러스의 감염 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 단계(c)는 파장 1000nm~2500nm의 영역에서의 가중치에 따라 감염종자와 건전종자의 분광신호 차이에 의해 실행되고,
상기 분광신호의 차이는 근적외선 반사스펙트럼을 이용하여 마련되고,
상기 근적외선 반사스펙트럼에 대해 스펙트럼과 조성·물성 간의 상호관계를 만들어 주는 다변량(Multivariate) 회귀분석법을 적용하되, 상기 다변량(Multivariate) 회귀분석법으로서 PLS-DA (Partial Least Squares-Discriminant Analysis) 방법을 적용하고,
상기 단계 (b)에서 보정은 광 경로 및 광원의 변동의 영향을 보정할 수 있도록 정규화 방법(Normalization)과 SNV(Standard Normal Variate)을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오이녹반 모자이크 바이러스 감염 수박종자의 선별 방법.
