Description
도 1 내지 도 5는 리미티드 슬립 커플링을 갖는 차량용 다양한 구동 시스템들의 개략도이고;
도 6은 본 발명의 유압 펌프 어셈블리가 포함된 유압 액추에이터 시스템의 유압도(scheme scheme)이고;
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 유압 펌프 어셈블리의 일부 단면인 측면도이고;
도 8은 도 7에서 A-A선을 따라 확대시킨 단면도이고;
도 9는 도 7 및 도 8에 도시된 어셈블리의 확대된 등각투상도(isometric view)이고, 및
도 10은 어셈블리에서의 전기 모터에 대한 I/U 그래프이다.
Claims (6)
- 전륜 구동 차량(all wheel drive vehicle)의 앞뒤 차축 사이 또는 2륜 또는 4륜 구동 차량의 좌우 차륜 사이에 토크를 분배하는 시스템에서의 유압 펌프 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 디스크 패키지(15) 및 이에 작동하는 피스톤(13)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 리미티드 슬립 커플링(7, limited slip coupling)을 포함하고, 상기 피스톤(13)은 유압 펌프 어셈블리에 의해 작동되며,
상기 유압 펌프 어셈블리는 전기 모터(16), 그것에 의해 구동되는 유압 펌프(17), 및 그것에 의해 또한 구동되는 원심 조절기(19)를 포함하고, 상기 원심 조절기(19)는 유압 펌프(17)의 오일 유출구(23)에 연결되는 압력 오버플로 밸브(20)를 조절하고,
상기 유압 펌프 어셈블리는,
펌프 하우징(31) 내에서 회전 가능한 피스톤 드럼(30)을 갖고 다수의 왕복 가능한 축방향 피스톤(35)을 포함하는 축방향 피스톤 펌프,
상기 피스톤 드럼(30)에 회전 가능하게 부착된 적어도 하나의 원심 레버(40), 및
상기 원심 레버(40)에 연결되고, 피스톤 드럼 내(30)의 오일 출구관(45, oil outlet bore)의 입구와 협력하여 압력 오버플로 밸브(20)를 형성하도록 배치된 밸브 부재(44)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 펌프 어셈블리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
다수의 원심 레버(40)가 피스톤 드럼(30) 주위에 균등하게 분포되며, 각각의 레버는 원심력의 작용 하에 피스톤 드럼 내의 보어(45, bore)와 결합하는 볼(44)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 펌프 어셈블리. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
원심력과의 반대 방향으로 원심 레버(40)를 편향(biasing)시키기 위한 스프링 수단(42)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 펌프 어셈블리. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
피스톤 드럼(30) 및 원심 레버(40) 주위에 링 스프링(42)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 펌프 어셈블리. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
볼(44)은 보어(45)와 관련하여 볼에 대한 약간의 위치 조정을 가능하게 하는 스프링 클립(46)에 의해 원심 레버(40)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 펌프 어셈블리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 어셈블리에 있어서,
I/U 그래프에서의 압력 곡선이 뚜렷이 다른 두 개의 교정 포인트(calibration point) 또는 엘보우(elbow)를 보이기 때문에, 함수 I=f(U)를 이용하여 작동시 어셈블리를 교정하기 위한 수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 펌프 어셈블리.
