Claims (2)
- 전지 캔 외면에 상당하는 면에 Fe-Ni 확산층 및 그 위에 Ni층을 가지며, 또한 그 위에 반광택 Ni 도금층을 가지고,
상기 Fe-Ni 확산층 및 그 위의 Ni층의 Ni 부착량은 상기 반광택 Ni 도금층의 부착량 이하로 하며,
상기 반광택 Ni 도금층의 부착량은 2.25g/m2 이상이고,
상기 반광택 Ni 도금층의 표면에서 원자간력 현미경에 의해 구한 2.5μm×2.5μm 범위에서의 면 조도(Ra1)가 3~11nm의 사이에 있으며, 또한
촉침식 거칠기 측정기에 의해 구한 표면 조도(Ra2)가 0.3μm 이상 2.0μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스성이 우수한 전지 캔용 Ni 도금 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Fe-Ni 확산층 및 그 위의 Ni층의 Ni 부착량은 1~5g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스성이 우수한 전지 캔용 Ni 도금 강판.
